Brought my first bicycle here. They have several collections from basic to professional bicycles. Gautham sir did a great job explaining me in detail about the specs. Based on the type of usage whether I prefer to go with road , MTB or hybrid he gave me detailed information on the kind of bicycles I can go for. After 2 months or so I wanted to have an upgrade on my brakes to hydraulics and Arun sir did a fantastic job installing the new tektro kit in less that half an hour. I am now very happy with my new brakes which works like a charm. He also helped me in choosing the right cyclocomputer and based on his recommendations I brought one. The technician Surya sir is so friendly very talented and knowledgeable and he did a fantastic job in servicing my bicycle in a very short duration of time. iLL- mannered person at the counter. When asked to keep a cycle until I’am back by an hour, he had discourteous, indisciplined behaviour without any bit of customer service. Such an arrogancy from a store manager disappoints. I had visited many other showrooms of cycle world, but a worst person to meet at this showroom. I finally bought my cycle costing 36000/- from a showroom at Bannergatta with a best customer service given by Mr. Murali. Please don’t keep such churlish person at front end. Absolutely trash organization.

The sales people have a decent knowledge about bicycles, but absolutely nothing about e-bikes.

They store the e-bikes at a 0% charge. A sure fire way of destroying your battery.

They sold me a faulty 55,000 bike, and when I tried to return it, they kept haggling. Telling me they had a back-end issue. After 2 weeks of repeated calls and visits, they returned my money. But they also deducted 1,500 as fees.

DO NOT spend a single rupee of your hard earned money. If you get a functional model, then great. Otherwise, god help you. Because they definitely won't.
