I had gone to this place twice and tried, kabab and biryani, and powder as well at home. This guys is really smart guy in marketing, and fools IT crowds, and you tube watchers. Reasons.. Chicken what he claims is not actually used, it is hard, and pieces are small, and I see waste pieces. Suppliers are bit arrogant. The rice is substandard, not cooked to fullest, to ensure separate, and not 100% basmati, or Jeera samba, this will upset stomach, full of pudina, and coriander, and turmeric..no pulav or biryani flavour Fortune oil you can try and home for testing it will never change color for some reason, how many time you cook, looks some chemical or process is in fortune, we also use fortune, minimum 10 times of frying it retains it color clean, let him show this in other oil Gemini, sunflower or any other oil it will not work,it becomes dark, it is fooling people like fresh oil. Place clean no doubt about that.. 4 Leg piece he showcase and i couldn't find a single piece, and people getting disappointed, but he claims or said any time available Chicken, and mutton are chewy. 6.powder it is worst compared to Everest and other powders
This place is one time, and this is famous for probably rice quantity for labour class, and autodrivers, not sure on repeated customers.
His biryani cannot match place, SSP, SLN and Mudanna, and some local veg biryani are good compared this biryani, they cost you 30 Rs. Just pudina rice.. salty kababs..pieces are small and literalyy some are wings, and bone pieces with Maida, and chill powder paste.
I do not have any intention to write this review, but they should keep up their word, and few youtubers claim is false, or probably he makes good batch for YouTube and promotions. you can see many negative views on the same line.
People come from 20 to 60 KMs and they should not disappoint them.. when things are rosy it will work, after that........
I hope and will visit after 1 month, let us see any progress.. or still they will claim...
Read moreThis is the place where you need to stand in queue to get food or if your planning to eat in the location take your vehicle or sit somewhere on the footpath, this hotel runs by two persons dad cooks son servers, so take some patience do hurry to eat.
Coming to Hygiene - inside hotel super hygiene well maintained
Coming to Food - Kabab is must try, kushka and the Kabab is the nice combination if your a sada eater ( Which means less spice and salt).
Coming to Taste - Kabab I really loved it then other hotels, my suggestion if you don't like it then take the Kabab Powder to you home and try it with tender chicken (Nandus Chicken, Fresh to Home, Lucious) No shop chicken. Even though if you don't like it, then you might haven't cleaned you toung or visit the doctor.
Coming to Kabab Powder - It's a Excellent Kabab Powder this Powder is not single person recipe their are two more person, total 3 person formula, My suggestion use tender chicken (Nandus Chicken, Fresh to Home, Lucious) No shop chicken. 80gm GFC Kabab Powder 50gm Ginger and garlic paste, one big lemon juice (if really want to take the Kabab to next level use one big Lemon juice it's my suggestion) mix all together slightly water make it to a chapthi dough, rest masala dough for 5min and to 1kg chicken add the GFC Kabab masala dough massage it well at least for 10min, rest the chicken for 30 min, for best results 90min, fry the chicken well and taste it, and let me know. Even though if not good compare it to other's, even though if it is not good something wrong.
First I bought 6 packet of Kabab powder 80gm each we cooked 3 kg Kabab one day 3kg one day it's over today I bought 1kg GFC Kabab powder.
Garam masala it's good need to be careful when you are using it, it's powerfull.
Thank for reading my comments if you like it...

Location: near to Bapuji nagar Ttmc. The place is having a quick serve and quick eat type of atmosphere like street food. Clean kitchen is what we can see. Better arrangements for hand wash is an improvement needed. Food served piping hot. The place is best known for chicken kababs. Kababs/ fried chicken: juicy, meaty is what we feel when we eat, most kababs are chunky pieces. Taste is good. But can be improved. Kuska: best combo with kababs, piping hot bangalore type biryani rice is what you get. Filling, quite tasty, not the best though. Price ₹120 for kushka & kabab. Suggested combo. Soft Drinks not available. Water bottle is available. Kabab powder packets available.
Overall hearty meal for ₹120. Relatively clean kitchen. So worth a try. But hand wash and seating arrangements could be improved. Seating is acceptable if you're used to street food. Avoid Sunday crowds, if you're not on...
