My 5 year old kid had to celebrate birthday with family and close relatives WITHOUT birthday cake and with worst mood as I ordered cake from JUST BAKE. I had ordered cake in the morning with advance payment for delivery between 3 pm to 5pm..as it was raining i thought it might take time so waited till 6pm to get delivered. Then I checked status online and saw that my order was marked delivered. Tried to find out customer care, and more details on from the delivery comes. In the order none of the details were there. It was just marked delivered. Called the customer care number provided in site. Which turned out to be the an automated customer care. It just took order number and said customer executive will contact soon. Even after trying it so many times, didn't get any call from customer executive. Then thought of trying calling near by Just bakes to check if they had received my order. They confirmed that they had my order and they didn't have stoke and they didn't have delivery people so they didn't bother delivering my order. I think atleast they should have some work ethics or courtesy about the customer who has placed the order and info the person who ordered saying they can't deliver. It's Birthday celebration and there is no cake for the child to cut. The person who is responsible for that branch delivery was NOT ready to even say that he'll try get something delivered even though I kept telling him that it is little kids birthday for which I ordered the cake and she won't celebrate it without cake. I had my guest at home and without any own transport and two little kids, there was no way for me to go and get a cake at 7:30pm. I was surprised to see such a big company customer handling. Take the MONEY in advance and don't deliver and mark the order delivered. No much details on Order. I think there was no need to provide details as they had already taken my money for cake. And don't even bother to inform the person.

I guess they just wanted MONEY and didn't want to deliver anything. Even after all back and forth call, i ended up with kid asking for cake and no money. THANKS JUST BAKES FOR MAKING IT A VERY MEMORABLE DAY FOR...

Hi, I had ordered a customised cake for January 1st 2024 from this just bake outlet near DLF,which cost ₹4000 and we had ordered the butterscotch flavour but what we received was just a plain cake wrapped with some cream outside and was also damaged a little when it was delivered. When we cut the cake we found it was not the flavour we had ordered and we took it the store and the staff is doing false claims that It is butterscotch flavour and to confirm we had asked the other customers to taste a piece from and the other customers too confirmed it that the cake had no butterscotch flavour and it was just vanilla based . When we further checked with the franchise owners Mr Guru Nagaraj who was very busy with other stuff didn't even bother to listen our problem and kept on saying his own point of view and later Ms vinutha - especially hats off this woman because the is the second partner of the franchise and doesn't know how to talk to their customers and was very rude and careless. Please note this kind of behaviour towards your customer who spent ₹4000 on a cake is very bad and I request you to learn how to treat your customers in a right...

Reason for low stars., Well along with the cake, the writings on it also matters. There are many Cake shops who specifically have staffs who can write well on these cakes., WHICH IS IMPORTANT and not just scribble. I personally like the cakes made by these for which I often go back to them., but every time a disappointment with the writing which is like a doodle, which I can do myself :( As well this time it seemed like the owner or so who was around, who wrote it and it was even worse than the staffer.
