Just Bake Manyata — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Very much disappointed. Ordered a cake for my son's first birthday at just bake which is comparatively costly. Clearly told them to deliver after 5pm since cake cutting is at 7pm. He came to deliver at 2:20pm .it's a big cake which cannot fit in refrigerator. It can be kept outside for 3 to 4 hours only. Cake is broken at 4 / 5 places. We told not to put flower design. There are flowers all over .

I placed an order for a cake a day in advance, expecting it to be delivered the next day by 1 PM as promised. However, it only showed up an hour late at 2 PM - and that too only after I had to reach out myself for updates. I ended up having to contact both the delivery person and the outlet just to get my order delivered. To make things worse, the name on the cake was spelled wrong.
