I recently visited a place with an amazing ambiance that truly exceeded my expectations. I tried chat pakore and desi chai. Both were so delicious.The customer service was outstanding, going above and beyond to make sure every need was met. But what made my experience even more memorable was the guy who worked there, who had an exceptional music sense. The carefully selected tunes added a whole new level of enjoyment to my time there. I couldn't have asked for a better atmosphere. This place truly knows how to create a wonderful experience for its customers, combining top-notch service with great music. Truly disappointing. Arrived with high expectations from Mumbai but, this outlet is too far from the actual Chaayos expectations. We were the only table, no welcome, no smiles. Tea was the only saving grace, pav bhaji & rest food were poor in taste. We even spotted staff touching our breads & other food without any gloves. They do packing of food, work on keyboards, touch places & handle food. Sorry to mention, hygiene is an issue (I believe its a general issue at many eatery in Banglore). Overall had poor experience & the only saving grace was Overall decor without the tables (as some empty tables were dirty too). Sure not visiting this...
