Kobe Sizzlers — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I am appalled at the positive reviews here to start with. Either they are written by the non-nuanced ones or by those who don't know what qualifies for good food. Today was my 2nd time lunching at Kobe's Manyata. Overly priced aside, what has been constant from my last visit is tasteless food- whether its shaslik or simple grill based. Friend left the entire vegetable patty as it was served , was too mushy to consume. My meat was flavorless, and the brown sauce it came with was way too diluted. Also at such prices, i am entitled to slightly seasoned or flavored rice, eh?!. The potato fries they served - i am not sure what to call them. They were almost over fried on slow heat, so the exterior is not burnt yet is tough to bite into. On a hot platter with sauces , why would you server fries like that, what is the point!!!! I went with my colleagues to Kobe Sizzlers and disliked the food. The lamb chops sizzler was half cooked and taste was not good, the blood of lamb was evident while eating. The taste of the food items could be improved. The cost is quite expensive and my colleagues were highly disappointed with this. Kobe should take care of such concerns and take necessary action. My colleagues said that Mixed sea food sizzler didn't have much sea animals (20%of sea food and rest 80% is vegetables). Chicken fried rice was good. Worst service I have ever seen. Firstly they have put wrong details in Google and in zomato. Everywhere it's mentioned that there closing time is 11pm and before heading towards kobe also we called them to check on the closing time and all. They have not mentioned anywhere that they close down the restaurant by 10pm or last order will be at 10. We were only 2mins late and then they informed it's closed. When we asked that why haven't you informed us over the call and why the hell everywhere you have mentioned the closing time as 11pm. That guy simple avoid that by saying we will not serve, it's closed. Thanks for the horrible...
