I wanna a share my experience what I had today in coffee katte.

We had been to coffee katte today evening with my family and my one year old kid. Kid was very much hungry and took idly for her. As we all know we won’t get sambar for idli, I requested for one spoon ghee or a spoon of saagu as my kid was refusing to eat dry. This people were soo heartless and least bothered to even provide one spoon ghee or saagu to kid. Even though we were ready to pay for one spoon of ghee they refused go give.

This people were so heartless and couldn’t see kid crying and becoming restless.

The behaviour from the entire staff was not at all acceptable. Business should not always be money minded. They should have some basic common sense to understand what people need.

Please note ,We won’t ask you anything for free nor want you people to do any charity. But please have basic manners or patience to listen to customer and help them with their needs.

I didn’t want to post this pic as I am regular customer to this hotel from years, infact from the time they were catering from the cellar but today’s instance forced me to post this pic.

Please see this pic, this is the table where they serve Chatni when hotel is crowded. But I could see a guy shuffling Phenol on the same table where customers get chatni served from the same table. How can we trust that we are getting only chatni or chatni mixed with phenol….!! So please be carefull.
