KFC — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I placed an order for home delivery at 8PM. According to App order should have reached by 9PM. But nobody showed up till 10PM. Contact numbers were unreachable. Hence visited their outlet to check on my order status, the staff dint pay attention towards me, even after asking them to look at my order, they said wait we have customers waiting from past 1 hour. I replied, I am waiting from past 2 hours! Then they asked whats the order number and my name. He checked with another person and told me that the order is dispatched at 8:45PM. I told him its 10PM already and I haven’t received yet, so I am here, even if the person delivers now, the food wouldn’t be fresh enough to consume. Immediately their expression changed and replied rudely saying that they have done their task of handing over the package to rider. They are not responsible. Customer will receive it at their doorstep. And they dint even call the rider to check on the delivery status. I realised its a scam to not deliver Wednesday offer. Now at 11PM received a message from KFC saying my order has been cancelled by store due to unavoidable reasons. So the truth is there was no delivery agent assigned. They just cooked up a story to avoid giving away 50% offer. Thats all! I do not recommend this outlet and staff are rude. I hope someone takes strict action on this matter. Its better to either dine-in or take-away your order but do not go for the home...

All are Tamilians staff and they won't bother about queue if the person comes and talk in Tamil they give the first priority for them later they will give to others it happened in front of me .my token no. Was first and that person's token no. Was after 4 token nos. He just cam and spoke to them in Tamil the staffs there just gave him his order and sent I asked them about token the lady there told that they have given to someone else so asked me to wait for 10 mins . Had given 4 stars earlier, and now Changing it to 2 stars. Very disappointed with the environment. AC is broke, no proper ventilation. Especially for the staff who works for hours.. as soon as we enter all we take is fried and oil smell. Please do keep alternative for proper ventilation, not healthy at all. Especially for the staff, there health is at the risk. And double down burger was literally bad. The coating of crispy layer was falling down as soon as u take a bite, taste wasn't good.
