This time scavenged for egg rice on a Sunday night thinking of Monday blues. Orders went in like Anna ondhu half rice u, halfu egg masala. Got to taste these two dishes after a 25 minute wait. The wait was definitely worth it. His regular customers kept coming in and orders kept ticking. Super hot and spicy flavored rice mixed up with scrambled eggs. Not much of masala’s into it, but a well balanced rice containing the right amount of spice and coriander flavor. However, just got very few pieces of scrambled eggs in the rice. Probably they could have reduced on amount of rice added in. Egg masala has its own taste, a different note compared to Snehajeevi Gowdara egg rice. This is just another egg rice cart that you find in Bangalore. It's definitely not worth the hype it's been getting on the social platform. The method of preparing the egg rice here is different hence looks red (courtesy chilli powder). You hardly find any egg in the rice. However you can compensate it with the egg masala.
