Dangerous experience!I I was in whitefiledwfirum maill mc'd on Saturday with family.... we got 2 soft cones which had some offer as well 2 for RS 23 or 27 don't remember exactly.....while having it I felt a burning sensation in my toungue tip...I shared it with my husband ...both my husband and daughter did not feel ...so I was thinking it was due to something else...after sometime my kid started telling that her stomach is pain..I initially thought it may be of gas..but in midnight she got her stomach upset and had loose motion....my stomach also got upset early in the morning and had diarrohea few times...the dangerous part was I am 5 months carrying, so was really worried , hoping it did not cause anything bad.. not sure to save money what these guys put in it or if it was prepared in some unhygenic condition....I will not prefer having anything from this...

I think McDonald's should seriously look at the training aspect of these franchises in India . Went there with my son ordered Fish burger for lunch today, and as I was to pay I asked do you have change for Rs 2000 as I had nothing else. ( Yes I do not have a cc or debit in India ). I politely said that you should have a sign on the door saying we do not have change for Rs. 2000. With out batting an eye lid the girl at the counter said - Go Next Door to KFC - they have change . I was horrified to hear this reaction. I plan to make a stinker out of it this incident as I feel customer service is the essence of any retail business. When you do have customers you have no one - Planning to find the senior leadership in India - put on FB and everywhere until...

Previously this place was really good but now it has gone to dumps. I don't understand why these people have such lackadaisical attitude towards customer service once they see the money rolling in. What they don't understand is because they have stopped to care about the customer they will lose money now. Anyways, the chicken was hot but the lettuce was freezing cold, I had to call the person to clean table twice. It was fairly evident that they didn't care the counter guy was literally throwing the card off the machine one payment was done, shouldn't he hand it to me, very careless attitude. We have decided never to set foot in this lousy store. If we really need to mac'd we will find some other centers or eat...
