Muthashy's Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

My recent visit to Muthashy's Restaurant left much to be desired. It pains me to say that the overall experience was far from satisfactory.

First and foremost, the approach from the staff was quite disheartening. The waiter attending to us seemed disinterested and inattentive, which immediately set a negative tone for our dining experience.

The wait times were exceptionally long. We had to endure hours of waiting just to receive our ordered items. Patience, as they say, is a virtue, but this tested it to its limits.

When the food finally arrived, it did little to redeem the situation. The Kerala-style banana leaf meals, while being decent, were far from exceptional. However, the real disappointment came in the form of the biriyani, which can only be described as the worst I've ever tasted.

To add to the frustration, the staff's attitude remained apathetic. It was disheartening to see that our concerns were met with indifference, both by the server and the cashier.

In conclusion, my visit to Muthashy's Restaurant was marred by poor service, agonizing wait times, and subpar food. It's disappointing when a dining experience fails to meet even the most basic expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the overall quality of service...

Very bad service. We used to go there daily to have Dinner as we were staying in room nearby. Later Muthashy got renovated and then we found the quantity and the quality of the food became worst. Cost is increasing and in parallel the quality of food decreasing. We had biriyani recently and we had a very bad experience.We got a very small piece of chicken and the rice quantity was less. Not only for me but my other 4 friends also. We reported this to supplier,he told nothing.Then we checked with reception guy but he was behaved rudely. He told they are giving only this much quantity of chicken and rice to everyone not only for us. We informed him that we are a usual customer and this is not the first time we are having biriyani from Bangalore. Even after they were not ready to give a good response.

Not sure why that guy behaved like this even we didn't tell him wrongly. If they don't have much quantity they should tell us and we would have order some other items. But they told only these much quantity they are giving. With a less stoke food they are managing 5 persons Lunch and giving lake of excuses.

Worm in the mango pickle!!

Me and my friend happened to have food today from Muthashi restaurant. We ordered chicken biriyani and Kilimeen fry. Along with Chicken Biriyani they gave mango pickle also. We saw a worm in the mango pickle that was served. We showed it to the waiter there. He took the plate and went inside. He came back with the container which served the pickle and told there is no worm in this. We saw one more worm in that container also which was moving through the pickle. I had seen dead worm in biriyani rice before, but not something which is alive and moving around. God knows how old it is. We didn't have anything from there after that. They charged us for the Kilimeen fry and biriyani with worm pickle was given free if cost( even though we couldn't have it). We didn't create any noise, just walked out of that place. Dear friends, just be cautious while having food there. They didn't feel like having any regret also for serving that.
