Extremely Disappointing and Rude Service — Not Family-Friendly

We visited Mystic Verdaance, Jalahalli, on 9 Feb 2025, Sunday, as a family of five, including three kids (9, 9, and 4 years old). Sadly, it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.

We ordered four Veg Combo Thalis (₹249 each) and a dosa for our youngest. However, the restaurant imposed ridiculous conditions: No Sharing Rule: We were told our 4-year-old should not touch our plates, or we’d be charged for an additional combo. Meal Sharing Prohibited: Sharing food between family members was forbidden unless we paid extra. Time Restriction: We were expected to finish our meal within 90 minutes, or face additional charges. Food Wastage Penalty: ₹90 per plate if food was wasted.

What made matters worse was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff, who justified every absurd rule by blaming “management decisions.” Instead of showing basic courtesy, they seemed more focused on enforcing these rules rather than creating a pleasant dining experience.

We were so appalled by the treatment and conditions that we walked out without eating.

Families with small kids, please avoid this place. Dining out should be joyful, not stressful and filled with unreasonable restrictions. Mystic Verdaance seriously needs to rethink its customer...

If you're looking for a fantastic vegetarian North Indian meal, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit! We recently tried their buffet, which is priced at just ₹249 per person, and it offers a great variety of dishes. The spread includes 1 soup, 2 starters, naan paired with a delicious paneer kadai, pulav, noodles, and curd rice. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked.

One highlight was the mushroom and baby corn pepper dry, which was packed with taste and a real treat for the taste buds. The food was well-seasoned and balanced, making it a satisfying experience for any vegetarian food lover. The restaurant also has a unique policy – they emphasize not wasting food, and if any food is left uneaten, you'll have to pay extra. This encourages you to only take what you can finish, which is a great practice!

The service was exceptional; the staff were attentive and prompt, ensuring a smooth dining experience. However, one minor downside was that none of the staff spoke Kannada, which was a bit disappointing, especially for local customers who are more comfortable with the language.

Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent food and service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone craving authentic vegetarian North...

I recently dined at Mystic Verdaance, an exceptional vegetarian restaurant offering a daily-changing unlimited combo menu for just 249. The quality and variety of food were impressive, making it an outstanding value. 1. Veg Manchow Soup: Rich and spicy with crispy noodles for texture—an excellent start. 5/5 2. Gobi Manchurian: Flavorful and well-cooked, but could use less oil for an even better experience. 3/5 3. Hara Bhara Kebab: Crispy on the outside and packed with fresh greens—definitely a must-try! 5/5 4. Nachos: Crispy and topped with cheese, simply irresistible 5/5 5. Kulcha Butter Naan: Soft, fluffy, and buttery—perfect for scooping up curries 4/5 6. Paneer Kadai: A delicious, spicy tomato-based curry with succulent paneer pieces 4.5/5 7. Veg Biryani: Aromatic and flavorful, perfectly complemented by a side of raita 4/5 8. Noodles: Well-prepared with a delightful mix of veggies and a flavorful sauce 4.5/5 The highlight of our visit was Sabina, our server, whose attentiveness and friendliness truly enhanced our experience. Mystic Verdaance is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious vegetarian cuisine!
