My recent visit to this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. While the location is great, it seems the staff and management rely solely on that fact, as the service was, without a doubt, the worst I've ever experienced. Honestly, I've had better service from street vendorsat least they appreciate your business and serve you with a smile. ​From the moment we arrived, the staff was inattentive and rude. We waited a long time for our order, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and completely unappetizing. The dishes tasted and looked like they had been thrown together without any care. It was clear that the kitchen and serving staff have no pride in their work. ​When we tried to address our concerns with the manager, their reaction was completely unprofessional. Instead of listening, they were dismissive and frankly, seemed to blame us for the poor experience. Their over-the-top reaction and lack of accountability were shocking. ​I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to stay away from this place. The combination of terrible food, abysmal service, and an utterly disrespectful manager makes this a restaurant to avoid at all costs. There are countless better dining options where your patronage will be appreciated and you'll receive the quality and respect you deserve. The taste is horrible and the owners and staff are very rude. Hygine is poor in the kitchen. Looked dirty inside. Won’t recommend this place.

Reply to your response: Dear sir, the disagreement was with YOUR OWNER. I had asked him and I saw him go inside your kitchens. Any other fellow customer would not be allowed inside the kitchens. There are CCTV cameras inside the restaurant and you can see who I was discussing with.

About the disagreement. He told me to move my vehicle or leave the restaurant. I told him that I will quickly finish my breakfast but he told me that I have to move my vehicle or cancel the bill and go if I want to. That is a very rude thing to say to a customer. I told him it will take less than 5 minutes since my food was ready on the table but he did not listen. My vehicle was parked in a public space.

About the hygine concerns. I am a regular visitor to your restaurant. I have been coming there since the restaurant has opened. In the initial days the hygine quality was excellent but off late I have seen that hygine levels have come down.

I am not frustrated by the parking incident. I am disappointed that the owner disagreed to wait for 5 minutes while I had my breakfast.

Today, I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel . The behaviour of the cashier was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I placed an order for two north thali, one paneer butter masala, 2 piece roti and waited patiently, but even after more than 20 minutes, ordered item was not ready. When I inquired, the person responsible for preparing the plates was equally dismissive and careless, showing no urgency or concern and told me i will give you tomorrow . Finally, instead of apologizing or addressing the delay, the cashier abruptly returned my money (proof of my payment attached here ) and told me to leave. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor management and customer handling. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the service immediately. I am from a society having 2500 people staying in flats nearby your hotel and I will not recommend anyone to visit...
