Decent Food, But Needs Improvement

I recently visited New Sagar Fast Food and Family Restaurant located in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. While the overall experience was decent, there were a couple of aspects that could use some improvement.

Firstly, the sambhar served at this restaurant was disappointingly salty. It overpowered the taste of the dish and left me craving for a more balanced flavor. I believe they should pay closer attention to the seasoning to ensure a better dining experience.

Additionally, there was a bit of waiting involved during my visit. The service was not as prompt as expected, and it took longer than usual to get our food. It would be great if the restaurant could work on reducing the waiting time and ensuring a smoother and more efficient service.

On the positive side, the overall quality of the food was decent, and the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, which added to the positive aspects of the visit.

In conclusion, New Sagar Fast Food and Family Restaurant has potential, but there are areas that need improvement, particularly in terms of the sambhar's saltiness and the waiting time. Pros: Probably the go-to restaurant for all folks in & around Rajajinagar 1st Block for over 35 yrs. Cons: Today, I visited for maybe the 15th time. Here are my cons:

1. Shortage of staff, he said wait 10-15 min for a plate of masala dosa, I was shocked, meanwhile I'm seeing inside just 3 guys managing both parcels & dosa making & idli making & serving.
2. I order "by two" coffee, he gives me 2 cups coffee, trying to steal money indirectly is very bad.
3. I give 2 cups coffee receipt to coffee serving guy & say coffee, he gives me just 1 cup coffee. I reply receipt says 2 cups, & he replies we don't read receipts here no time, why don't u say no of cups on giving receipt to me. What a stupid reply.
4. Then, I get my order of 2 cups coffee in totally disgusting unclean cups, I was shocked. Such an old restaurant with such great unhygiene.
5. masala dosa full of oil, I come home & my throat /stomach burning & feeling oily. This is common in 90% modern restaurants, they use that common kerosene rich vegetable oil. I rate this disgusting restaurant 1/5, maybe even 0 if possible, but I just give 1 rating for...

This used to be my Favourite Restaurant In Rajajinagar 1st Block for 20+ years.

But not anymore!

However after recent renovation, I guess the hotel management has changed! Request someone to please teach them what CUSTOMER SERVICE is!!!

There was some Party in 2nd Floor Party Hall and the entire Hotel staff was only bothered about the Party Hall.

There was no-one to attend the customers in A/c Hall.

Repeated requests to arrange a table for 6 was not attended. Ended up making the entire family sit in 2 separate tables!

Waited for 45mins to place an Order (Coffee Day and Starbucks are faster).

Wrong Food Items Served. However, got billed for all the items which were not even Ordered!

Requested the staff to Turn On A/c but it was never turned On. We had to eat our dinner in a suffocated place!

As Google doesn't have an option to rate Negative Stars! I'm forced to rate this Worst Management Place as 1

If the management changes and if they keep Customer Service as their Top Priority, I may change the ratings again in future!!!
