Hamleys is located on the 3rd floor of Orion mall, which is located on rajkumar road, rajajinagar, Bangalore.

Orion mall is located so a two way street ( rajkumar road ), at a walkable distance from sandal soap factory metro station. The mall is visible on your right while traveling towards tumkur main road or yeshwantpur railway station, and visible on your left while traveling from yeshwantpur, towards chord road.

There's parking lot available at the mall itself. Nearby places include World trade center Bangalore, Metro cash and carry, Big Bazar at mahalakshmi layout, Sandal soap factory yeshwantpur, ISKCON at mahalakshmi layout / yeshwantpur, yeshwantpur railway station and sandal soap factory metro station.

Hamleys was a British multinational toy retailer, one of the oldest and the largest in the world. In May 2019, reliance retail acquired hamleys, ending up owning it.

Hamleys at Orion is not as big and spacious as the hamleys at mantri square, Yet it does display all the similar merchandise, even though fewer in number, most of the products are available.

Hamleys is basically kiddy heaven, so don't blame yourself if your kid doesn't want to leave hamleys.

I recently visited your store to buy a drone for my son, as he loves playing with them. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.

When I got there, the trial RC cars that were set up for customers weren’t working. I informed a lady who was nearby arranging toys, but she simply said, "There's no battery," without even looking up, and continued with her work. When I asked if that’s how customers are usually treated, she apologized, but the attitude was already very clear.

I still went ahead and asked her to show me some drones. After selecting two models, I requested a demo. She asked me to follow her and then called someone else to assist. That person behaved quite oddly, and eventually both of them told me that the models I selected had manufacturing defects.

When I asked to see other options, I was told the person responsible for drone demos wasn’t available. I left disappointed. A few hours later, I came back hoping to still buy something for my son, but again was told no one was available to assist.

Overall, it felt like I wasn’t taken seriously as a customer — as if they judged me based on my appearance and assumed I wouldn’t buy anything. I never expected such an experience from this store.

Hope you work on improving the customer service, because experiences like this really push genuine...

Really upset with the staffs & store behaviour ,today I visited the store. Initially looking for hot wheels as only pack of 5 is only displayed and asked the staffs wheather they Doesn't have single packs of hot wheels is available, initially asked one staff he beared my question but never came back. and asked one more staff no reply , but when a one more person came to buy the hot wheels to my suprise they reacted to his question and taken him somewhere in gift packing area and showed him variety of single hotwheels packs . Really made me upset the way treat each customer differently , if you are not selling to induvial customer based on induvial customer looks please don't sell products , fed up with your service and cash counter if asked for when new stocks will come and nobody says I don't know . Without knowing when new stocks are coming the staffs are working ? Or wil they say to customer who buy alot from them ,,,,while billing 100rs more has been billed for me once I come out of showroom the sales guy came running and returning the 100rs , fed up with your service . Never gonna return to your shop again and never will return to...
