Food is complete disappointment, seems like amateur cook has been cooking at the back . Prices are sky high portion size small , service is slow and one has to get up and go to counter repeatedly to place orders. The crowd mainly comes from parents who have kids in next door play school. The orange drink with ginger lemon tamarind was flat not properly chilled or had no taste plus quantity was very less for the price. Spinach ravioli was not made well at all the tomato gravy was of soup consistency and bland . The dessert dark chocolate cake again made by an amateur person with no sweetness or choclaty taste and wasn't fresh also . The bill was over 1000 which was not at all satisfactory and neither did we feel satisfied neither like a meal . Not visiting again at all its a complete disaster , waste of money and time . If you really want great service, food to your hearts content and beautiful ambience go to Ciciana on kasavanahalli road you would not only pay reasonable but also have a full course tasty meal from soups or beverages to desserts fresh and very reasonably priced . Nothing matches them in this area so far . I just had one sandwich one stale cake and one bland soupy risotto at ode and bill was 1200 to 1400 . Same thing I had one beverage one soup one starter one mains and one dessert at ciciana and it came to 1100 . The overall feeling of eating to your hearts content with every dish made so well and service is impeccable wherein the waiters are so courteous, attentive, quick service and every table is given personal attention. You won't regret ciciana but u would surely burn your money and...

Horrible Horrible Horrible SERVICE!!! Hope the owner takes note. We ordered 1 chocolate milkshake+ 1 ice tea and a Pizza ....this was my third visit....same mistake....no one at the counter for 8minutes....gave the order waited 20 minutes for milkshake for my kid .....reminded the guy with black nailpolish about our icetea ...he went out(probably to attend a call) never returned for another 25minutes....we asked at counter, what happened to the ice tea.....seems they never took the order .....asked how much time more for Pizza, they said another 10 minutes..... cancelled the order and walked out .... OWNER change your staff NOW ...they don't manage anything......bunch of free loaders taking salaries for nothing and bringing a bad name to your business.....food here is actually VERY good, but they just hate serving customers.....ZERO respect for time.... useless bunch of staff....the guy in black nailpolish came and shouted at the kitchen staff unnecessarily...he should have done it....but you will NOT find anyone at the counter.....useless !!! I stay in Sobha Cinnamon Apartment and this cafe has potential to be the best around but the staff is talking advantage of zero presence of any governance....will NEVER...

It's a new cafe on Harlur road so we thought of trying it out. I had seen the menu online before going which looked very good. As soon as we entered we had this weird smell in the restaurant , a stink which the attendant tried to manage with some room freshener and table layering with some solution. It was ok for a while but it started again. We were very skeptical about food and taste, but we were pleasantly surprised with both the appearance and the taste of all dishes that we ordered. The pizzas were fresh and served hot. There was an issue with one pizza so they replaced it with a new one. The Khachapuri Georgian dish was amazing! They accommodated the topping of our likings . The pancake was good and fluffy but we missed the maple syrup with it. They served honey and cream cheese instead. The iced tea was not that great, quite sweet so they changed that. Cold Coffee and cold brew were good. Overall the food is good but they need to work on the ambiance a bit. Since it's a new place we can try the place out again just for the food.
