Gabbar Chai - Harlur — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Had a very horrible experience last Friday (10th Sep 2021). I'm a vegetarian, ordered Veg Momos and got Chicken Momos instead. Realized that post having the Momos, and worst part is the waiter/supervisor are way too casual about it and not even apologetic. The service is very pathetic (got the orders for some other table which we had to redirect before the momos episode and our order was very slow to reach, with teas and coffee not hot) all this, despite the place being relatively empty. Only 3 tables were occupied. I've been to other Gabbar Chai outlets before and never had such horrific experience (Their service is usually slow but food makes up for it). But this one sure to be avoided.... They've lost my trust and that would be my last visit to...

I restrained not to write this review but couldn’t help . Food is good but restaurant is short staffed and that affects the service quality . 1 ) Guests were running around for plates , forks , spoons because there was hardly anyone to serve .Restaurant was short staffed and whoever was there was busy with the delivery orders . 2) There was hardly any table where all the ordered dishes were served . I got the main course dish when I had finished my dinner and had asked for the bill.

3. Biggest challenge was to get the bill . Literally people had to chase the service staff to get the bill .

Overall had a bad experience and restaurant has to improve drastically on service...

this is one of the worst restaurant for dine in.. the service is so poor.. the whole focus of restaurant is only on delivery .. so called manager is highly arrogant.. he rather misbehaved.. the whole environment of restaurants was chaos..everyone was shouting for their order.. few people left unserved and few somehow managed to get food on the table with lots of patience.. i challenge restaurant owner to deny this review.. this does not deserve a single star ..but thats the minimum i can give.. good luck if you plan to go there.. i and many more today went unlucky and had worst...
