Oven Story — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I would like to give a value less than a single start. Horrible support and delivering the Pizza. They did not delievery the pizza even after placing the order after 1 hour and their support team even worst. They are not sharing the time of delivery even after multiple time asking them but they are going step ahead giving 4000 Sure points which was not requested and they are trying to convience us but this was not the need. Kids are eagerly waiting for it and they are disappointed very badly. Are you sensible in handling the customer need? OverStory are you serious in handling the customer order? This is not the first time am facing this problem. I would never use this vendor for ordering...

Worst pizza I ever had. The sauce was bad, cheese wasn’t melt enough the falafel felt it was just a crunchy fried item. No veggies because it had falafel. The pizza was so soggy that it was falling apart. How can a pizza fall apart when there is a cheese????

Even the garlic bread wasn’t so great. This was the first time I ordered from here and felt deceived as I had heard good reviews about this place.

The best part is you had sent only one sachet of oregano and one sachet of chilli flakes for 3 items. And no ketchup at all.

i ordered from swiggy and it was the worst pizza I have ever seen in my life. worst pizza I could imagine. it was cold, tasted like one day old pizza, I had ordered extra cheese, but there was very little cheese. it was more like some cold masala put on nan and gave it to us. please don’t order from here. I gave review on swiggy they gave me partial refund. but this food doesn’t justify even a single rupee. that’s why came out here to give review in google. please stay away...
