Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Bengaluru

It is a small outlet located on horamavu main road. It has good staff and service. The offers are good and. I ordered steamed Darjeeling momos which were good. And i tried corn cheese fried momos which tasted awesome and satiated my momo cravings. There was also a dish called khao souey which comes with three options veg/ chicken/prawns. I ordered the prawns dish. It was presented in a separate bowls with separate toppings of coriander, fried peanuts , lemon pieces and one whole boiled egg. The noodles and soup came separate . So that the noodles don’t get soggy. It was definitely delicious the soup had a flavour of slight sweetness and savoury overall. It was a good purchase . I didn’t like the steamed momo comparing its price. It’s not worth it . The steamed veg momo i ordered comes with a meal by giving an extra amount which is small. The meal includes momo burger and pet Pepsi bottle . It was overall a good experience.the sauce which came with momo was especially good.if you are looking a budget friendly momo this is not the place. But it can be visited once for experience. Families, couples, solo travellers any body can grab a quick meal on the way...

I recently visited your Horamavu outlet and was deeply disappointed with the service. When I arrived, I waited for 5-10 minutes and called multiple times for assistance, but there was no response. I observed that the staff were occupied with their mobile phones, watching reels instead of attending to customers.

After I raised my voice to get attention, the staff casually informed me that the store was closed and there was no food available. However, following a heated argument, the manager intervened and mentioned that food was, in fact, available, and I could place an order.

This behavior reflects poorly on the professionalism of your team and is far from the level of service I expect from Wow Momo. I urge you to address this issue to ensure a better experience for your customers in the future.

I wish i could give the atmosphere a 0/5 because for hells sake they have flies flying around in the entire “restaurant” if i can even call it that because 1. They only had one type of momo available from their ENTIRE menu 2. When we asked for bottle of pepsi they gave it to us warmer than a delhi summer 3. Their payment machine wasnt working for 10mins so we were stalled 4. Like i already said, housefly’s EVERYWHERE. I wish i was exaggerating this review but trust me i have visited bad wow momos before but nothing could top this, happy to say ill never be going to or ordering from a wow momo again.
