Chung wah — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Reviewing the food received from Chungwah banaswadi. I had ordered fried rice(2 nos), hunan chicken gravy and drunken chicken wings from Chung wah on Dec 22. I am a patron of chungwah for many years and I dine and take delivery of their various branches(kalyannagar, mg road, kothanur). Their quality and taste of food is very consistent. IIlove their food. But this time i was taken aback by the quality of the food I got delivered though the quantity was large. The rice quality was lol. It smelt like the one from the rice we get cheaply at government ration shop. The Hunan chicken gravy too was not like that from the regular chungwah. The chicken smelt off and the gravy suddenly thickened as though there is corn flour in it after sometime and on re heating it formed chunks of flour like blobs. This is not the quality of food Chungwah serves. My kids and myself had restless stomach. If this is an authentic branch of chungwah chain, please take care of your preparation. The person who sits at the cash coutor was very adamant, we reached Chang wah at 10 pm in the night to have dinner wherein in the meantime the restaurant already generated the bill for the whole day, as there was 15 cash back offer was going on axis bank credit card, he denied to avail the offer and was very rude and doesn't know how to speak to there customer, this is the first time I'm getting this kind of service instead of being patient n explaining the other person he was very bad at talking to women customer also. I have been there a couple of times the service there is the same... if you are planning to go there for dinner please make sure you are there before 10pm st that you enough time to finish your dinner. I have had issues earlier too if you are there a bit which is 10.30 you are forced to finish your dinner. The best part is your bill arrives even before you are done with your dinner... the waiters are literally looking at you and your plate.
