Oven Story — Restaurant in Bengaluru

They are the worst outlet ever of a reputed brand like Oven Story...I have ordered from here and the order got delivered 1 hr late...The restaurant lady Lucy was not at all ready to accept the issue, when the rider gopi from restaurant neither picked my multiple calls as well as of the restaurant. After reaching he seemed drunk, totally unprofessional and arrogant..Just passed on by saying my phone became silent and order has been delivered now then why I am making so much issue...He was totally unprofessional when it took him an hr to a 10 mins far distance...And Lucy was covering his ass claiming they cannot pick up call when driving and also they cannot take action against there employees....Worst experience from @Oven Story...

I ordered from this perticular branch through zomato this restaurant didn't even bother to pick the call and the their in house delivery partner didn't pick my call even after 5-6 calls. It showed delivered but nobody was responding. After an hr had to order from somewhere else. It's okay if u aren't capable of doing your job well in that case just don't keep ppl hanging just don't...

My first 2 experiences were good, Chipotle cheese was excellent. Next I ordered 2 cheese burst pizzas, they were not baked properly. No option to select type of cheese. Cheese quality/quantity was ok but base was not baked, we ended up eating dough with cheese, couldn't eat fully and thrown out the...
