Pannaga's - Bangarpet Chats — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Totally a day time robbery. I used to see too many people crowded in the evenings but was very apprehensive about the cost. But somehow one day took the courage to go and just try it out. As there were suggestions to try masala puri, under the reviews section here, I did give it a try. They put just 2 to 2.5 pieces of puri with 3-4 pieces of greenpeas and some soupy greenpeas water into it topped with few bits of carrots and onions(just bits). The taste was good like a spicy greenpeas soup. It was given in a tiny bowl and cost INR 30. You know I used to have masala puri some 24 years ago in bangalore for 7-10 rupees and it used to have like 7-8 puris and would include toppings of potatoes with onion and carrot, and some chutney and used to be 3 times more than what these guys serve. So the quantity has been reduced to 1/3rd and the price has been increased 3 fold. I have no idea about the other items and I won't also claim that this place was very hygienic as such. All I would say is that food has become a big business and the shop owners just want to loot as much as possible and become crorepatis asap. This place has the authentic Bangarpet pani puri. This place is located right opposite to PES college on 50 feet road, Hanumanthanagar. The shop is open till 10.30 it will be crowded all times so you have to wait once you order, there is no specified parking place to visit this shop it’s road side parking for two wheelers for four wheelers you have to park else where and walk back. This shop is situated right on footpath as space is also very less, but the taste of each item is authentic, my most favourite is Bangarpet pani puri. This place has the most authentic pani puri of Bangarpet. Some shops flaunt the name Bangarpet pani puri and the taste would be horrible but this this place is not like that even though their name does not have Bangarpet, they serve the authentic Bangarpet taste. Third class Service, And now they are not providing old quantity and quality ,

Even though I had come first and even had paid him they serve others. Around 10 peoples he served and if i asked him he tells if you want to eat you must wait (urgent agalla).

Worst service and quality as well as quantity

they only take the money first from our hands and make us to wait for 30minutes,

The fat person has heavy attitude and he First serves the person only who is familiar to him the quantity and quality is very worst now as compared to before. Workers don't know how to treat a customer they are like if you want you buy or else get lost.
