I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saaga Multicuisine Restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional culinary experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and immediately felt welcomed.
The restaurant itself had a modern and stylish ambiance with tasteful decor that created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The seating arrangements were well-spaced, allowing for privacy while still maintaining a lively atmosphere. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail were evident, which added to the overall dining experience.
Now, let's talk about the food. Saaga Multicuisine Restaurant truly lives up to its name by offering a wide variety of cuisines from around the world. The menu was extensive, ranging from Indian delicacies to Chinese, Italian, and even continental options. It was a delight to see such diversity, catering to different tastes and preferences.
I started my meal with a traditional Indian appetizer, the vegetable samosas, which were perfectly crispy and bursting with flavors. For the main course, I opted for the Butter Chicken, a classic Indian dish. The chicken was tender, the sauce was rich and creamy, and the spices were balanced to perfection. Accompanied by fragrant basmati rice and freshly baked naan bread, it was an absolute delight for my taste buds.
What impressed me the most was the consistency in the quality of the food. Each dish I tried was expertly prepared, using fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The presentation of the dishes was also noteworthy, with attention to detail that made the food visually appealing.
The service at Saaga Multicuisine Restaurant was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. They were well-versed in explaining the dishes and making recommendations based on personal preferences, which was greatly appreciated.
To top off the dining experience, Saaga Multicuisine Restaurant offered an impressive selection of desserts. I indulged in the Gulab Jamun, a traditional Indian sweet, and it was the perfect ending to a memorable meal. The sweetness was just right, and the texture was soft and melt-in-your-mouth.
Overall, my experience at Saaga Multicuisine Restaurant was outstanding. The combination of a pleasant atmosphere, a diverse menu, exceptional food quality, and top-notch service made it a restaurant worth visiting. Whether you're a fan of Indian cuisine or looking to explore other global flavors, Saaga Multicuisine Restaurant is a fantastic choice that guarantees a satisfying dining experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a...
Read moreI went to the restaurant on 17th February for my 10th year wedding anniversary. The problem with reviewing the taste of food is, we need taste the food in the first place. Since, most of my family was vegetarian, we ordered 2 soups and 2 veg starters. After placing the order for starters, we ordered 6 rotis and 2 vegetarian accompaniments. The soup and starters arrived on time, and my 5 year old son was not too keen on veg starters. Hence, I had to order for a chicken starter, which also came in due course of time, which only me and my son had. However, the rest of the family, i.e., my parents and my wife, were veg and we were waiting for the main course. That never arrived, despite numerous reminders. We had been there at 8 30 PM, and it was coming close to 9 50 PM, without the main course being served. In the meanwhile, other tables were getting their orders. I also requested for the bill, so that we could go to some other restaurant to order food for my family. But that request too fell on deaf ears. Finally the person who was next to me, observed that if he was in my place, he would have walked out, which is exactly what we did. We walked out without paying the bill, and nobody stopped us, probably for fear of a meltdown from us. Maybe they misplaced our main course order, but the captain never had the courage to come and explain what went wrong. We then went to the run of the mill Adyar Anand Bhavan and ordered for 3 north indian meals. My wife is not letting me forget that evening. Thank you Saaga for making my 10th year wedding anniversary an unforgettable...
Read moreHad been to saga for a get together lunch meet. Something that should have been memorable turned out to be pathetic experience. Originally had booked a table for 8 but we later opted a table for 6 with an extra chair because one of them couldn't make it. The placing of the extra chair in between tables almost 4 feet apart was a big issue to the hotel there. According to them it would be a problem for someone to move around. Mind you the distance was very convenient for movement. Well the saga of bad service doesn't stop there. Then we were offered a bill soon after finishing the starters even before we had our main course. When we said so we were asked to wrap up soon because there were a lot of people apparently waiting outside. Mind your there were many other tables vacant right besides us for a good 20-30 minutes. After beautifully killing the appetites by all this saga of bad service the left over appetite for having just one rotis each that were supposed to be served at our tables never happened despite us constantly requesting for the same. Our plates that we had nicely kept waiting with side curries just kept waiting without curries. Oh did we mention the saga of endless bad service that was constant even for refilling our glasses with plain water? Thank god after a good 10-15 minutes of constant requests our glasses of water atleast got...
