Located on the corner of Nagenahalli Road and Sumangali Sevashrama Road, this eatery is a favourite of the local residents. I've been visiting this restaurant since the day it opened. Consistency of food and service has remained the same over the years.
The ambience is pretty basic and similar to any darshini kind of restaurant. They have a few tables inside the restaurant. I can clearly tell that they haven't given much thought about the interior planning. Tables are placed very close together and it's impossible to sit without disturbing other table occupants. Most of the seats in the centre of the table cannot be utilised as accessing them is impossible. Very poor table management indeed.
It's a self service restaurant and the service staff are very quick. I usually get my order on time. Even the cleaning of tables happens very quickly.
I feel this restaurant serves very good South Indian breakfast items. I love their Idli Vada Sambar, Mangaluru Buns, Dose, poori and carrot halwa which are available in the morning. But I felt North Indian, Chinese & chats are just above average and I usually avoid ordering the same.
They accept UPI payments for small transactions and they accept cards for transactions above Rs.300. The hygiene factor is satisfactory all over the place but the dust from the road during dry weather is unavoidable.
Overall, it's a dependable restaurant when it comes to South Indian breakfast and quick...
Read moreI had a very bad experience at this hotel. I ordered a masala dosa, and to my shock, while eating I found a cockroach inside the dosa🤮🤢. This is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. Food safety and cleanliness are not maintained at all here.If this can happen, imagine the risk for people who are strict vegetarians or even Brahmins who follow food purity very seriously — it would be completely unacceptable and offensive for them. This shows the hotel has no proper cleanliness or quality standards. I strongly advise everyone not to visit or order from here🙏🏽.If such things are served to customers, it clearly shows carelessness and no respect for health and hygiene. Totally disappointed and never...
