Disappointing Experience with Jackfruit Shake and Service

I recently visited your establishment and unfortunately had a disappointing experience that compelled me to share my feedback.

Firstly, I ordered a jackfruit shake but was served a regular milkshake instead. This mix-up was not only inconvenient but also resulted in an unsatisfactory drink, lacking the promised jackfruit flavor. The shake seemed to consist mostly of milk and sugar, completely missing the essence of what a jackfruit shake should be.

Additionally, I tried the veg roll, and while it was passable, I found it to be merely okay, falling short of my expectations. The overall quality did not align with the standards I anticipated from your establishment.

Moreover, the service I received was, unfortunately, subpar. The mix-up with the order was not addressed promptly, and the overall experience left much to be desired in terms of customer service.

Considering the lackluster quality of the jackfruit shake, the average veg roll, and the overall disappointing service, I regret to say that I cannot recommend your establishment to others based on this experience.

Literally a hole in the wall cafe. A couple of high chairs placed as a formality but the cafe is so compact that two people at best can stand waiting for their order inside. Now that I've mentioned the reasons for taking away a star or two , here's the good part. The juices and milkshakes are delicious and the ingredients are fresh. The sheer variety of drinks can make one come by as often as they can, and never be disappointed by the quality, quantity or speed of service. The sandwiches are top-notch too. They are generous with their fillings, and don't go easy on the cheese unless you specifically tell them you don't want so much cheese on your sandwich. Truly heavenly, right? They serve and promote a traditional super drink called Nannari juice. It is made of a root, and is making a speedy resurgence to our table all thanks to our generation awakening to our rich, ancient wisdom. Do try Nannari juice here if you yet haven't. You'll love it. I generally dont write reviews, however this place stands out. Its clean, very friendly service and much better than good for the price. I have been trying almost everything in there menu which completely different from one and other. which acctually demands me repeat visit almost every day!
