Worst staff... Worst experience... One of the worst hotel experience in my entire life I had at this place...

I had been to their place on Sunday morning for breakfast... I had ordered a rawa masala dosa at this place and instead of giving the order, they first itself told me to wait for 15 minutes...

We still waited for our order for 15 minutes... After 30 minutes, we asked them where is our food which we ordered 30 minutes back, their response was we are busy with other orders please wait more 10 minutes... So in total they were asking us to wait for 40 minutes for a rawa masala dosa... Their response totally nonsensical with a customer and they didn't have any courtesy or humility to compensate for the delay... They told us that it's not their mistake... The staff didn't take accountability or anything and just took granted the customer complaint itself... Also I had to cancel my order without eating there since I didn't get the food after waiting 35-40 mins and asked them to refund my money and got refund...

Usually hotels and eateries should not make their customers wait for more than 10 minutes after the order is placed...

Worst rated place... Bad service, bad staff and no customer complaints taken properly and...

Waited 35+ minutes for food which spoiled the whole mood and appetite Food was not bad But there were huge mosquitoes, left over dishes from previous people for more than 30 mins and Cleanliness was also questionable

Tried panner butter masla with roti .. 4 came quick 3 were delayed for yet another 15 mins so even after 35 mins of wait we didn't get complete food Two roti that came later were also raw Then we told to cancel Palav after which they hurriedly Put Huge quantity in a bowl and gave and It was not worth We could see they rushed it Even tho we told to cancel it Long back

The server was serving alone Absolutely not his fault here But Management should be better And the place should be...

Good food, Quick and mannered kitchen staff, decent amount of parking for two wheeler outside. They have an A/C service dining hall as well.

I had masala dose, fried correctly, right amount of oil, the palya was properly mashed and seasoned well. Sambar was good and chutney was fresh.

Their restroom is decent but can be better. Busboys can be a little quicker, I had someone else's plate ahead of me the whole time and another gentleman had to sit over it for his coffee.

All in all, I'm assuming this is the perfect stop to fill your belly at peak...
