I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I recently experienced at Nagarbhavi Stories restaurant. As a loyal customer, I have frequented your establishment on multiple occasions, but unfortunately, I have encountered several issues that have left me highly dissatisfied.
Firstly, I want to address the lack of opportunity to provide feedback through your mobile review system. Despite my repeated requests, the staff did not allow me to share my thoughts and suggestions. This was particularly frustrating as I had hoped to offer constructive feedback to help enhance the overall dining experience. Moreover, I have noticed a significant disparity between the reviews displayed on the platform and the actual food quality and presentation. It is disheartening to witness such discrepancies.
In addition, I would like to discuss the matter of the service charge. Although it is stated as 10%, I have witnessed instances where the staff members displayed a negative attitude when customers requested its removal. There is a specific individual, whose name I am unsure of but who might be from the Northeast region, who consistently demonstrates disinterest in providing satisfactory service. On numerous occasions, my party and I had to repeatedly remind him of our orders or seek assistance, only to be met with audible murmurs and a dismissive attitude. This unprofessional behavior creates an uncomfortable environment for us as customers.
Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, the attitude displayed by the aforementioned staff member falls far below the service standard I have come to expect from Nagarbhavi Stories restaurant.

And then, the shocker. My order was cancelled without any explanation. Confused, I called the waiter to ask why. His response? "We are out of ice cubes." Seriously? A PUB running out of ICE CUBES? Unbelievable.
Still, I was tired and thirsty, so I asked for a mocktail without ice. The waiter said heād check and get back. 30 minutes passedāno sign of him. When I finally managed to call him again, he casually informed me that they couldnāt take my order at all.
If Stories has a policy of not serving customers who order only mocktails, they should have just been upfront about it instead of making me wait and waste my time. I would have happily walked to another restaurant instead of dealing with this rude and unprofessional service.

This is quite an expensive place for what it is. Seems more expensive than District 6 or even Kling! They hardly had any craft beer on the tap. Mostly the commercial ones which most people drink to get high.š There was only one craft beer on the Tap. They said they serve only 300 ML of these but at the cost of 500. Surprising they donāt sell 500 ML of these.
The food was pretty mediocre. Nothing as appetizing as the pictures they post they didnāt even seem freshly cooked. The shocker came when the kebabs had a cold core, which meant that they were prior cooked but only warmed up. The sides and dips with them were pretty horrible as well. The prices even more horrible. They were really not worth 400++ bucks each. Maybe delicious to the mind and palate numbed by a few cocktails.
The crowds are not really big and charming. Reasonably so. Great to visit once in a while after dinner somewhere else. Hopefully they will have more craft...
