Subway Yehlanaka Yelahanka — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I've been going to this subway for many years now but will neve be returning after my recent experience. I had ordered a 30cm and a drink for 700/- which isn't a small amount for food. But before ordering they told me the drink i ordered wasnt available and would compensate by sending two ice cream scoops. Then I said okay and a few mins later they again called claiming the value of the drink was only one scoop of ice cream and when I argued saying I didn't initially want ice cream but due to your mistake I'm buying it so u should compensate by sending two instead of one scoop. He then frustratedly suggested I complain to zomato and he'd refund the amount of the drink. I'm not going to sit around and waste my time with zomato support so I just told send one scoop only. And when I recieved my food the quantity was do less barely any vegatables in it and the portion size has decreased considerably from the past few years. This subway is scamming you, don't buy from here. Try the subway in the RMZ...

Today was my first visit in Subway, excited to get in though little disappointed while coming out. We found hair in the bread while we were having our subway, i informed the staff and he said will get a replacement, however it was partial replacement . When asked the Manager said we have rectified the issue and cannot give full meal replacement. I got reminded of such previous experience with Dominos few years back and they replenished the entire order. I think it’s not about value to money but valuing customer experience which will make them feel better and look for making wonder experiences again.

One of the worst outlet as of today due the existing senior staff. I had a horrible experience a fortnight back when I requested them for giving a few Olives separately that my kid likes. Please note, this I requested while billing purchase of ~800 INR subs. They initially refused to give Olives and when I said am ready to pay extra, they refused for that too. Then after an altercation, they gave me 4 pieces in hand. Horrible. Pathetic staff.
