I have been a regular visitor to this store, but I’ve noticed a decline in quality over time. Every visit seems to have a completely different set of employees, and the taste has significantly deteriorated. The authentic Mexican flavors are no longer present, and the portion sizes have been consistently shrinking. It’s reached a point where I have to order an extra taco or mini bowl just to feel satisfied.

I urge the manager/owner of this store to focus on maintaining quality rather than merely doing the bare minimum. Removing the spicy Tabasco sauce from the counter is another disappointment, as it was an essential part of the experience. Customers choose California Burrito for its brand and reputation—please don’t compromise on its standards and risk losing loyal customers.

This store was excellent when it started, but the quality has taken a hit. Please adhere to the company’s recommended serving portions and avoid cost-cutting that impacts customer satisfaction. For instance, the company website claims 42 grams of protein in a chicken burrito bowl, but the portions served today don’t even come close to that standard.

Great place for Mexican food, that too healthy one. Great ambience, kind staff and also food obviously is amazing. You got some parking space at the front though.

According to my observation, If you go for dine-in the food will be served more in quantity but if you opt for take away the food will be comparatively less. Although there is no major difference, it matters. For take away, there will be container charge included as well, so it's better to provide almost equal quantity.

My request for staffs of all branches is to wear masks while in kitchen also while serving. It would be a big step of improvement towards maintaing hygienic standards.
