Worst experience ever. We have been visiting Swathi other branches which are good, but this is too bad when it comes to customer service and food at first floor - family dining. The person took order didn't have patience to hear and was manipulating things. When we asked him for biryani rice, he said that's a veg option. After that comes to table and gets served, our veg family member found chicken pieces. When this was asked to so called order taking person, he said I told you that might have chicken. Ok.. Since it was served already, we ignored and ordered veg fried rice, he said ok and we heard them speaking as veg biryani. I called him and told we ordered veg fried rice, then he says both the prices are same. When I took menu n saw there was difference of rs. 20. I know when we have spent 2.5k that doesn't matter. But he should his job right and shouldn't fool innocent people. We asked for cucumber salad 6-7 times, they kept saying we don't have - anyways we saw them serving to others ample full. We asked him to serve left over biryani from pot, he sarcastically laughs n said what's there in this, though there was 30% left. Don't they know value of food. And firstly they are not serving us freely and we as customers are profiting them. Food was neither hot or tasty.

My review story didnt end here, I did go to manager to inform all these along with one more blunder where they have billed biryani rice as chicken biriyani. The answer by management was not customer favoring, instead they build up story telling it is called and billed so, they didn't allow us to talk further and started apologizing.. Will never visit again the restaurant.

I suggest, please choose other restaurant over this. Still if u choose to, then when u order something do recheck with them and also bill which might have...

Was here with a friend after all the hype he gave about there meals and i must say this was a mistake.. place seems good and also has good space for parking and even the crowd for the lunch was good it's only that when we ordered.. the staff were least bothered to come and take our order.. after we calling them couple of times.. and than wen the food arrived my good i must say this had to be worst serving plate that i have seen.. the service plate the person got was over flowing with curd , sambar , water , rasam what not.. dripping all over the floor.. leaving that i side once we got served.. we started eating and after when it was time have curd i spotted a cockroach in it and when i called the staff member he came saw he was so arrogant about it saying I will change it for don't care about it.. this is really not the way that these resturants run they should pick up there standards and guidelines to give quality when they charge premium for the food they should also provide the quality.. hope they step up there standards and staff effeciance.. and atlast manager came in and apologized for it but still doesn't make it better for the quality they are serving after this when i went to kitchen it was really bad n filthy compare to other place.. hygiene level i would...
