Tandooriwala — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I doubt how people who visit forum mall at whitefield eat at this restaurant, and how it makes money. It is the worst restaurant I have been since. I ordered a Tandoori combo asking for the naan bread one, But I was given the one with rice. Whereas the bill mentioned only tandoori combo not tandoori rice or roti combo.

Second the food was pathetic. Tasteless bland rice and tandoori chicken. The chicken was not at all tender. Paneer was pathetic. They sell 3rd class water bottles too. Not Bisleri or Aquafina. Oil used is not of good quality. As a result I only got bloating.

We are paying twice the money in the food court compared to any other restaurant in the area. But the quality and taste of the food is absolutely worthless and pathetic. No coordination between the cashier and the kitchen. No proper explanation to customers and the list will go on.

I'm suggesting people not to waste any time and money at this counter in the food court.

I have been to this food outlet in the forum value mall recently. I have ordered two chicken tikka biryani(posted images). Chicken pieces were good, tasty and fresh, chicken tikka size is also good enough and got 4 medium- large sized pieces. Biryani rice is not that great but good enough. I felt quantity is little less so i asked them for some more biryani rice. They have given it in a separate bowl(which is heavy now for sure). If you request for additional raitha or gravy, they're not hesitating to give. It's good thing about restaurant staff. Our each tikka biryani cost is 190 so it's worthy. Alongside you can get coke from MCDONALD'S for 70 change that will suffice if you need a beverage. Both me and my friend felt that we had a good okay type biryani. Families and friends can also visit this place. One time visitable place.

I don't want to give any stars. Had worst experience in this restaurant on 28/Jun/2018. I ordered mushroom biryani. The quantity is very less but expensive, it's too oily and not tasty. I somehow managed to eat as I am hungry. At the end I found a small chicken bone in the biryani. Felt too bad and left it. When I reported to the billing person, he apologized.
