Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This restaurant is in the forum Mall and in the Food Court inTransit. I have given three stars for the menu and tasty food. But the problem is in the service and packaging material used for serving. There is no reason in the world to use that much of plastic to serve hot food. I have seen this chain is started by well learnt IIM alumini. I would expect that they give importance to the way they serve the food and not just on the food. I expect the way they serve the food should be changed immediately… Hot food in plastic containers is poison to me. I would’ve given just one star but given three star considering the food is good and I believe that the feedback will be taken and the packaging will be changed immediately. Other than that there is absolute chaos in the front, the person who is taking order and the person who is serving is the main concern and I can see a lot of miscommunication which is making people go to other counters. As I stand there and place my order itself there were 3 to 4 people who are really interested on the menu went to other options. Wow Momo, more like Meh Momo! My visit here didn't quite live up to the excitement I had hoped for. We ordered the veg Darjeeling momos but were surprised with chicken instead. Not wanting to make a fuss, we went along with it. The momos were okay, but they didn't wow us.

On to the mains, the chicken fried rice and chili chicken were decent, but the chili chicken was a letdown. The chicken pieces seemed to be mostly maida (flour) and lacked the flavor punch I was expecting. The rice, however, was pretty good. Price is too high and quantity is very less.

Really disappointed with service what is provided. Not sure why they keep too many employees in the store, where all are behind the scenes. No1 is on the counter to attend the customer. Customer is waiting for someone to come onboard and take your order. I have been to many other branches, but really felt very bad at the service given here. And no hygiene, no gloves used.
