The Soda Factory, Brew & Kitchen, Nagarabhavi — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I recently visited the Soda Factory Pub in Ullal with some friends, and I have to say that I was disappointed with the level of service that we received during our visit. While the atmosphere and drinks were enjoyable, the poor service left a lot to be desired.

To start, we had to wait an extremely long time to be seated, even though there were plenty of empty tables available. Once we were finally seated, it took a long time for our server to come over to our table to take our drink orders. When our drinks finally arrived, they were lukewarm and didn't taste as good as we had hoped.

Throughout the rest of our meal, our server seemed disinterested and inattentive. We had to flag them down several times to ask for refills, and our food took a long time to arrive at the table. When it did finally come, some of our orders were incorrect and had to be sent back to the kitchen.

While I do appreciate the effort that the staff at the Soda Factory Pub put into making the atmosphere enjoyable, the poor service that we received during our visit left a sour taste in our mouths. I would still recommend the pub for the ambiance and the drinks, but I would caution potential visitors to be prepared for a less-than-stellar dining experience.

In summary, the Soda Factory Pub in Ullal has a lot of potential, but the poor service that we received during our visit was a major letdown. While the drinks were enjoyable, the lukewarm temperature and disinterested server left a lot to be desired. With some improvements in their service, the Soda Factory Pub could be a great spot to grab a drink and hang out...

The Soda Factory is located in Nagarbhavi area just near Ullal RTO. The place is huge from inside. The ambiance has a lot of natural elements like big trees, water fountains and so on. The environment is just fantastic here. The seating is of chairs, sofas etc. There are both open as well as closed seating arrangement. The walls have modern art with colorful painting mostly. They have lots of live events on few days of the week.

We tried couple of drinks like Girl on the Beach and Tequila in Hell. Both the drinks were great in taste. Next the Tamatar aur Dhaniye ka Sorba came with papdi. It was truly outstanding. The papdi gave a different texture to the soup.

For food we had the Cheese Balls. There were filled with cheese and other condiments. Served with salad and spicy mayonnaise. The dish was delicious. The Kashmir Ki Kali consists of Malai Broccoli and Tandoori Gobi. Both the marinations were fantastic. This is also served with salad and green chutney.

Next we had the Veg Quesidilla. This dish is served with Salsa and sour cream. But the quesidilla itself were too good. Dont miss it. Lastly we tried the Aloo Kulcha which had mild flavours.

For desserts we tried the Litchi Tres Leeches. It was filled with sweetened milk with a soft cake and topped with almonds and litchi. Superb!!

Overall a fantastic meal at...

I visited on 25th Dec on Christmas Eve Food and drink what we ordered was all tasty service was fast and quick so food rating is 5 star (Note :For Christmas and New year they have menu and rate card which is quite increased to their normal menu price each items may be by 50-100rs so this might burden your pocket slightly )

Services was very fast but I felt staffs are very rude they don’t serve food they place it on table and we have to call them multiple times to serve food We paid the bill post which we checked bill they had billed few items like water bottles which was unused when we notified them they completely denied they said sorry since we have already payment is made we can’t help very rude attitude of staff I was wondering people who were fully drunk how much wrong billing they might do and loot so pls check bill twice before you pay once u pay they don’t refund anything

Atmosphere and ambience are good for now may because it’s new opened hope they maintain the same my ratings is 4star because they have wheel chair for elderly and disabled ppl unfortunately they don’t have ramp they must better plan to have ramp 🙄 to create access and for wheelchair...
