Now a days it was wrost behavior from cash counter team. Without informing the price they have rounded upto 5 rupees on every item. I have incident happen for same. Even item cost 125 without informing rounding up to 130 and charged and when I go and ask same, wrost reply that they don't have change that's why rounding up. This was wrost behavior from the team. But, I really like the parcel team patience and politeness towards customer. Other than this cash counter team wrost behavior and attitude towards customer. I can say this really drop...

I had a terrible experience with a billing person. I purchased masala puri as a parcel and informed them that my mother would come later to collect it because I had a medical emergency and couldn't wait. The billing lady agreed and noted my number on the bill. However, due to the emergency, my mother couldn't collect the order. When I visited the hotel again, the billing lady behaved very rudely. I suggest not going to this hotel because that lady has no manners on how to talk to customers.😡😡😡😡😡
