Bloom Hotel - HSR Layout Sector 3 — Hotel in Bengaluru

They have the worst hospitality ever. I stayed there for 11 days as it was a corporate booking. So I have to continue my stay but the staff is clueless about everything. They just make their own rules. Sometimes they say visitors are allowed till 10 pm the next day they say only till 6pm and the next day they say visitors are not allowed. I had a food allowance for Rs. 500 every day and I made sure I shouldn't order extra as It was tasteless and not worth it even some days I didn't even utilise my Rs. 500 and the day I was checking out they gave me the additional food bill because of no management skills asked me to pay it as you order at 6:30 pm its neither lunch nor dinner time really. I was always ordering at 6:30pm .They charged me for some days and some days didn't. I asked for the reason they had no answer and were arguing constantly.

In short-: Very poor hospitality The staff can enter your room if you are sleeping anytime if they wish to Zero privacy Poor food

And their manager harry and other unpleasant behaviour.

Just FYI- Noida bloom also I stayed for a day staff is rude , arrogant and frustrated for some reason.

Service - The moment I walked in, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and I was provided with all the information I needed for my stay. Staff explained to me about Bloom Chat & for the demo I ordered a hand towel which arrived in 6 mins as shown in chat. Unais was the guy at reception.

Rooms - Wow. Studio Room. Hall area with TV, sofa & small workstation space. Good lighting. Separate small duct area with Tea / Coffee Kettle and fridge. Bedroom - Bed was clean, neat and a good mattress. I had good sleep. What I don't like was sleeping on bed one cannot watch TV.

Hotel Culture - Unique concept. Can easily compete with Keys Lite & is targeted to be like Holiday Inn Express.

Washroom - Hygienic with basic soap were provided. On request you can get the rest of the toiletries.

In passage area they have kept fridge with Soda water and laundry iron machine.

I can recommend this property to anyone and do like the concept of...

Absolutely amazing!!!! This team here at HSR - Sector 3 has been outstanding from the front door staff to the kitchen staff and everyone in between. It's truly amazing service. We stayed at this place as an extended stay for 3 weeks. My kids and I loved walking back into the hotel to feel the calm from all the hustle and buzzle bangalore City had to offer. We always walked into a clean room, with water restocked, fresh towels, and trash emptied. The food was amazing as well. We had breakfast from there and ordered from the dinner menu.

Truly made us feel at home. We felt safe and cared for by everyone. Bloom's team/brand you have earned a customer because of this particular location.

I just wanted to give a big shout-out to Ansari for going above and beyond. He really helped us out a lot when we wanted to extend our stay. Gokul was helpful as well when we first came in looking for a room at the last minute. Thanks a lot, guys!

And a big thanks to the chef and the team for the delicious and homely food.
