I was in for a Take away order. I ordered rotis and stuffed kulcha along with Paneer Butter Masala. The cashier behaves like he's about to miss a train if you don't choose something off the menu within three seconds. If he wants to sell a dish he should put it up. Not keep asking ಆಮೇಲೆ? ಬೇರೆ? ಮತ್ತೇ ಏನ್ ಬೇಕು? Choice of words need to be subtle, cause you are serving me, but not for free!
Once I picked up the tokens I went towards the counter, where initially the person dispatching the takeaway parcels looked professional, queued my order and the person on the tandoor started making them. Once they were ready, the person dispatching the orders started serving dine-in customers who gave their tokens looooong after I did. (8 rotis and 4 stuffed kunchas) Only after I made a point he packed my order. I spent 28 mins standing idle seeing people who gave tokens 10 seconds before I did getting fed.
The place looks hygienic, the cooking staff are decent. The food is decent, paneer butter masala was great, stuffed kunchas needed seasoning, roti are like roti.
They do charge you for parcel, but it's not worth it. If you have utensils and cutlery on you, it's good. Else better to buy disposables from somewhere else. For the service, ambiance (atmosphere) and food, I'd say it's better to look for other options around if possible.
