Beijing Bites - Frazer Town — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I have visited this place quite a few times their service was good. The last time I visited I informed them that I would use dineout , they agreed but they seemed not interested in providing good service which was odd and made me uncomfortable. After we finished our food they informed us they are not accepting dineout , I informed them i had mentioned this at the beginning itself. They reluctantly agreed eventually. If the restaurant does not want to accept a mode of payment or do business with with a business they should not list their name on their app like dineout or clearly mention at the premises that they don't accept dineout.

Ordered food recently via swiggy. The packing was not done properly by the restaurant. The food had not been sealed. The food was completely exposed in the swiggy delivery persons dirty bag. When the delivery person took it out, The boxes were all Open. The brown paper bag was damaged and had wet gravy all over it. We sent the food back. It’s ridiculous that in times of Covid, this is the level of negligence in hygiene by the restaurant. If packing is this bad and carelessly done, I dunno what’s happening in their kitchen. Supposedly a mid ranged desi Chinese food joint but it misses it's mark in food quality and service. Popular with the delivery orders in the neighborhood, it was teeming with Swiggy and Zomato riders. Service and dine in patrons get second priority and your order will invariably get delayed in peak delivery times. Premises are neat and with standard decor.
