Aao sunaein aapko MANOHAR KI MANOHAR kahaani. Incredibly good restaurant. 👍🏻 Epitome of good food and service.
Ambience and waiting time: It has a good family restaurant plus a high end clean dhaba vibe. It is crowded almost all the time but they manage the crowd so damn well. Waiting time is also less even during peak weekend hours. And the crowd is mostly elite families and all sorts of groups. The tables are placed nicely snd spaciously so as to manage the crowd properly. It doesn't feel full even when it's full. Some magic these people have.
Food (Dinner & Lunch): We had dinner once and lunch once. And we ate more than we intended to. I mean what good food man. Absolutely delectable. I can go on and on about it. Best chhole bhature ever. The chhole were too good we had dreams about it for days. Bhature were healthy and fluffy. Least amount of oil there. Chef's kiss. South Indian was really good too. For lunch the next day we came running back to Manohar. We had 2 mini thalis with rajma in one and paneer in one. It was very tasty. Rajma was so tasty. It was like home cooked but restaurant cooked at the same time too. No extra oil can be seen anywhere. Chef's kiss again. Biryani was tasty too. The price was pretty reasonable also. 12/10 for food.
Service: A restaurant should learn from them how to serve! Magical service. They are the Gods of food as well as service! They not only know how to serve but how to serve with professionalism and etiquette. I am not even exaggerating. There are staff around always ready to take your order before you can even think of it. There is separate staff with baskets ready to take the used plates from the table. And the newly brought cutlery comes to your table all warm and clean right from the dishwasher. It's really difficult to maintain good hygiene with such footfall but they are excelling at it and how. The staff is in uniform and have their heads covered. 12/10 for service.
They tick all the boxes with 5 stars in terms of food, service and atmosphere. No restaurant has all three! Whoever is managing this place needs a pat on their back and I would like to congratulate them for the kind of experience they are providing. They are not just selling food, they are providing a holistic dining experience. You'll get out of the place with tummy full and hearts happy. Beyond excellence. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended. I mean I can go to Bhopal JUST to eat the...

Read moreManohar Dairy and Restaurant offers a variety of sweet items and snacks, including popular choices like alu chole chaat, pani puri, gulab jamun, rasgulla sandwich, kulfi, rabdi, and hot boiled milk. The taste of these items is on par with other sweet marts, which is a positive aspect for those who enjoy traditional Indian sweets and snacks. However, the overall experience is overshadowed by the high pricing, which makes it less accessible to middle-class customers (samanya janata).
The restaurant justifies its expensive rates by highlighting factors such as air conditioning, cleanliness, lighting, and a large staff. While these amenities contribute to a comfortable dining environment, they also inflate the cost, making it less affordable for the average person. This pricing strategy may alienate a significant portion of the local population who are looking for quality food at reasonable prices.
If Manohar Dairy and Restaurant aims to cater to a broader audience, including the common people, it would need to reconsider its pricing strategy. By offering more affordable options without compromising on quality, the restaurant could gain wider popularity and accessibility in the region. Balancing quality with affordability could help them attract a larger customer base and establish a stronger connection with the local community.
In conclusion, while the food is tasty and the ambiance is well-maintained, the high prices make it less appealing to middle-class customers. A more inclusive pricing approach could help the restaurant achieve greater success and reach a wider audience.
Best wishes to Manohar Dairy managements for serving...
