We recently visited "Turquoise Kitchen and Cocktail House" on a busy Saturday evening, and I have to say, our experience was downright frustrating. From the moment we arrived, we were disappointed. Despite being told it would take 25 minutes to get a table inside, we were seated outside in a makeshift, temporary setup. This outdoor seating area was filthy, with dirty tables and a table head that wobbled, making dining an unpleasant chore.
We decided to order appetizers—crispy corn and dry Manchurian—while we waited. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, which is probably the only positive part of this entire experience. But any hope of satisfaction ended there. The Manchurian was an absolute disaster: stale, overly salty, and simply inedible. When we voiced our concern to the chef, he had the nerve to insist that the dish was freshly prepared, though he did admit the excessive salt had ruined it. They offered us a replacement dish of the chef’s choice, but it was just as disappointing—too spicy and completely lacking in flavor. I had to choke down each bite with sips of Red Bull just to get through it.
To make matters worse, we waited for over an hour and still weren’t offered a table inside, even though we saw multiple tables become available during that time. This pointed to a clear failure on the part of the management staff, whose lack of coordination and attentiveness compounded our frustration. To be fair, the waitstaff did their best under the circumstances, and my issue is not with them.
As someone whose best friend is a big-shot chef in a five-star restaurant chain, I know what true hospitality looks like—and this was not it. My wife and I eventually had enough and decided to end our visit without ordering anything else.
Initially, I left feedback on their review form saying I might give them another chance during non-peak hours. But after thinking it over, there’s no way I’m going back. The unclean seating, poor food quality, and dismissive management have made this one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Avoid this place if you value your time, money,...

Food menu is a mixture of Mediterranean-Middle eastern cuisine with favourites like humus, bread, falafel, patti samosa etc.
We chose to try their humus platter and it was amazing. Every item, be it samosa, falafal, humus dips, baba ghanoush, everything in it had a great taste and fresh appeal.
Next we had veg pita bread and burnt chilli garlic rice. Sauce in the bread and fillings was adequate. Total 3 portions was served, enough for almost 2 person and since we gad the platter too we mixed it with humus and that just elevated the experience.
Burnt garlic rice was so delicious, a total burst of flavours in mouth. A definite must try for everyone, portion size is good for 2-3 people.
Drinks menu is good too with adequately priced alcoholic and mock options. Seating area inside is cosy with ambient lighting and kid friendly also.
Parking is free and can be used by 10-12 cars at once with seperate 2 wheeler parking. It is wheelchair accessible too, but limited to...

Me and my wife were traveling from Forsythe, a 5 star jungle property in satpura. I never show off until you force me too. we were off to jehnuma retreat for lunch. On the way we came across this property and decided to give it a try.
I was in shorts and the moment I entered, the hostess judged me on my clothes. Sorry my clothes were not shouting brands, but decency.
The guard asked me to park my car after we had parked the car and were in the property for 5 minutes. He was no where to be seen when we entered.
Once we were seated. And my wife was off to the washroom, the hostess came and asked me to change tables because we were sitting in a reserved spot. Well why did you make me sit on that table in the first instance.
Guess I should have packed a three piece suit to enter this establishment.
Anyways we decided not to pursue this place, and left and went to jehnuma retreat, where we are enjoying amazing...
