I visited Biryani Box for the second time. The first experience was excellent, but this time the quality and flavor fell short. The chicken biryani look appetizing, but the taste didn’t live up to the presentation. They known for milder spice level, yet the salt balance felt off, making biryani taste rather bland overall.

The tandoori chicken was served without the expected accompaniments—no green chutney or onions, and only a single lemon slice provided. The butter chicken roll followed the same pattern: it looked good, but the flavor lacked depth.

Overall, the look is there, but the flavor and standard feel inconsistent with my first visit. If Biryani Box wants to keep customers, they should aim for more consistent spice-salt balance, include standard accompaniments (green chutney, onion, extra lemon), and ensure the marinades and seasonings deliver flavor even at a milder spice level. Anyone who doesn't know them is an alien for sure. The point of writing this review on emphasizing how neat and clean was the outlet and they stay open till 11:30 PM. Although not everything on their menu was available but there's a lot to choose from. Since everyone is quite acquainted with their food and quality they serve I won't comment on that but my only issue will always be the quantity for the price charged. Had this Biriyani for the first time on 27th Dec 2024 but it was bit sweet and the marinated masala was tasting like half cooked garlic, zinger. Considering the chain of biriyani box restaurant brand, my expectations was high but unfortunately the taste of biriyani was not upto the mark.
