Bocca Cafe Bhubaneswar — Restaurant in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation

Visited bbsr many times but visit to bocca cafe was first time , dined in both patia nd the one near the railway station....food nd ambience was good but had mixed experiences at both the places...as patia was my frst visit ...food ordered was served late, as expected being a busy evening...but again food explained to me while taking order was different as it arrived on the table...that was a total blunder infront my clients from overseas..on askng they said if we can replace, however we didnt... My second visit was near the railway station as we were travelling and wanted a early dinner.. Food again ordered nd expected was different..we kept on asking abt the ingredients nd how it normally s presented, but again didnt match..i feel there s a communication gap thats being made in between the customers nd servers because of lack of menu knowledge... However @ railway station outlet a gentleman i presume to b owner/ manager Spoke to us nd however and was courteous enough to make changes we required, while leaving the restaurant was polite and apologised for the incident while opening the gate for us, that was a wow factor. In other words all recovery of d service issues was done..that should be done in all bocca outlets in order to retain your customers. Howevr travelling back in december will definitely visit, thanks, u all are doing...

Update : Yesterday I visited this place , Food quality and taste has gone down . I tried CHICKEN COQ AU VIN and the sauce of it was totally bland . There were sufficient chicken pieces but the flavour was totally off in chicken as well as in rice . Only thing that was tasting good were sauteed Vegetables in it . I won't recommend this dish ever . 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Chicken Meatballs with Fries were good also they used serve salad with the meatballs but I guess they forgot this time 😂 ( refer my first image and the recent one ) They have raised the cost of blueberry cheesecake to 188 per slice which I think is unreasonable . Lastly Orange Lemonade on their board tasted good and refreshing. . Coming to service - I think they should give some privacy to people sitting in front instead of staring at them continuously and talking about them . They girl who was serving me was rude when I asked about the Orange Drink . . I think I can visit other place for same food and taste but better service . Also She denied me that inside chamber was not open now , but they didn't deny the celebrity present there ( I guess he was a celebrity , I don't watch ollywood 😂) I think they better serve customers nicely coz they are the ones ordering mineral water not regular water 😂😂😂😂 lol !!!...

The place is cosy with beautiful interiors. It has an youth appealing atmosphere. Although you get the menu separate for snacks and lunch/dinner. You will find a wide variety of options and the names are too delicious to miss.

The cons me and my son felt was the image on the menu not matching with real dish that you get. We ordered a brownie with vanilla ice-cream. This dish is quite common so we thought it would be brownie a rectangular shaped with icecream on top but got crumpled brownie with two scoops of icecream. It was delicious 😋

And the other dish we got was grilled vegetables sandwich but this was not same like the image in the menu either. It was a long bun like bread with vegetables but it was spicy with chilly flakes this was not something mentioned in the menu so my son couldn't eat and I had to eat all alone. The servicing staff said Ma'am you should have told us not to make it spicy in a polite way but I questioned her how can a customer know it's spicy when it is not mentioned in the menu and being with young boy the cafe staff should point out that this sandwich will be spicy.

So a little disappointed with this inconvenience but...
