My inaugural and final visit to Hotel Charlie was an absolute disaster. The culinary offerings were shockingly subpar, devoid of any semblance of taste or freshness. The staff's behavior was downright atrocious, transforming what should have been a pleasant outing into a nightmare. Their blatant disregard when summoned for cutlery only added to the already abysmal service. As if that weren't enough, the dishes served were colder than the staff's demeanor, and the ambiance was reminiscent of a dingy alleyway. Review of Charlie Restaurant - 4/10

I recently visited Charlie Restaurant and was left with mixed feelings. While the food itself was quite good, the overall experience fell short. The prices are on the higher side, which might be justified if the rest of the restaurant matched the food quality, but unfortunately, it doesn't.

The ambience is below average, and it feels a bit run down, lacking the charm you'd expect from a place charging these prices. To make matters worse, there’s no parking available, which adds to the inconvenience, especially if you're driving.

Lastly, the staff was a bit underwhelming. They seemed uninterested and not particularly attentive, which didn’t help the already lackluster vibe. Overall, I expected more, but the food alone isn't enough to make me want to return...

At this place, I ordered chicken biryani, followed by butter naan and chicken Mughlai. The chicken biryani was excellent, and I really enjoyed it. The raita was also quite rich in flavor, which I really enjoyed. Speaking of the butter naan, it wasn't good at all. There wasn't any butter in it, or it took a lot of force to break it. And the best part was that the chicken Mughlai tasted really good. It looked really good and tasted great. I even ate a little of it with the biryani. It tasted really good, with a unique flavor.
