Here for a 5-day stay and it has turned out to be a nightmare. The service and amenities are extremely poor, unreliable, and sub par. The room is decent, but with dodgy fittings and furnishings.
(1) Service: The staff is extremely untrained and lacks basic hospitality etiquette. On my arrival, the staff who dropped me to my room did not take cognizance of the fact that I was on a work call, tried to make conversation despite me talking on the phone, and wasn't leaving (signaling as if he wanted a tip.) In another incident when I requested the reception to let me in with a master card because I forgot my key card in my room, I was told that somebody will come to help me. Nobody came for 30 minutes. Then, I got hold of a bellboy who helped me. Overall, the staff seems lazy and unwilling to help guests.
(2) Wifi: You need to get "vouchers" for each of your devices to connect to the internet. These vouchers expire randomly, leading to a lost connection. The WiFi on the whole is also quite unreliable and disconnected twice in one day. On complaining, they said, "it's being fixed and we will get back". Nobody ever got back and I was without internet through the whole morning & afternoon.
(3) Fittings: The washroom shower latch is loose and hence quite the ordeal to get the shower to work. The walls are thin and you can hear noises from other rooms and outside at all times. The basin sink clogs up as other reviews have pointed out.
(5) Room Furnishing & Amenities: The comforter given has lint, this is not normal at premium hotels. They didn't replenish or remove used packets of tea/coffee during housekeeping. It's either irresponsible or miserly.
The only good thing was a decent breakfast in the morning.
After 2 days, I politely requested if I could be moved out to another hotel and my remaining days be refunded, and this request was also declined. Being locked for another few days, I plan to spend most of my remaining time outside and only come back to sleep here.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Priya Restaurant and it was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I have ever encountered. Both the food and the service were abysmal, leaving a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons.
Food: The food was horrendous. The dishes were served cold and tasted stale, as if they had been prepared days in advance. The ingredients did not seem fresh, and the flavors were bland and unappealing. I ordered the [insert dish name], which was supposed to be a specialty, but it was a complete letdown. The meat was tough and overcooked, and the vegetables were soggy and underseasoned. Even the simplest dishes, like the salad and bread, were poorly executed.
Service: The service was equally disappointing. The staff appeared uninterested and inattentive. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we waited over 30 minutes just to place our order. The server was rude and dismissive, providing no recommendations or assistance with the menu. When the food finally arrived, it was delivered to the wrong table, and it took another 20 minutes to rectify the mistake. Additionally, our drinks were never refilled, and we had to flag down a server multiple times just to get basic necessities like napkins and utensils.
Ambiance: The ambiance did nothing to improve the experience. The dining area was poorly lit and had a generally unclean appearance. The tables were sticky, and the floors looked like they hadn't been swept in days. The overall atmosphere was uninviting and uncomfortable.

I stayed there for 3 nights but the service regarding fooding or other customer services are not good. Their landline was not working so cant give any order you need to go the reception for that and then they will hear you, after a lot saying they provided for a mob no. for the same but why so late then, morning buffet breakfast they systems are not working properly, hot case for tea was not heating only and after telling them also they did not changed it also. The hotel management needs to listen to the customers who are staying at their property and reply in a non arrogant or non angry manner, just because people over there are from other states it does not mean that the response will also degrade, and that also when you are with your family including ladies this is one thing which i did not personally liked. Pal Hieghts, Mango, Mayfair are other some good hotels in the same city i never faced such customer response with them. Prices are ok, you can book online for discounts and all and rest amenities are also good like parking and all.
One thing more kindly make sure you dont allow people to smoke in the corridors they can smoke out or in an open place as this thing can cause a fire out break and then things will not be in your hands as your corridors had the material which can catch fire easily rest is your wish.
