I recently dined at Zaika Pal Heights and had an exceptional experience. The food quality was absolutely fantastic, earning a solid 5/5 from me. Each dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared, making it a delightful culinary experience.
The service was equally impressive, also deserving a 5/5. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
The only areas for improvement I would suggest are the ambience and the furniture. While the atmosphere was pleasant, adding a bit more liveliness could enhance the overall dining experience. Additionally, the furniture felt a bit old and could use some updating to match the high quality of the food and service.
Some of the dishes we tried included Mahi Tikka, Murgh Peshawari, Naan Butter, Hot & Sour Soup Chicken, Drums of Heaven, Garlic Chicken, Fish Finger, Vanilla Ice Cream, Papad Masala, Chapatti/Phulka, Kesar Ras Malai, Murgh Malai Seekh, Fried Rice Egg, Kadai Mushrooms.
And special thanks Gyanaranjan Sahoo, for his service and hospitality.
Overall, Zaika Pal Heights is a great choice for delicious food and excellent service. I highly...
Read moreZaika at Pal Heights was quite underwhelming considering the exorbitant prices they charge. The overall experience was far from exceptional, both in terms of taste and ambiance. The tables were not properly decorated, which didn’t give a premium dining feel.
We ordered Chicken Kali Mirch Tikka, Ajwain Fish Tikka, and Mutton Biryani. The Mutton Biryani was a complete disappointment—mutton pieces were so tough that they were hard to chew, and there was no authentic biryani flavor. It felt like plain rice mixed with mutton, yet they charged ₹600 for it, which was definitely not justified. The Chicken Tikka was average, nothing special. The Ajwain Fish Tikka was the only good dish we had; the portion size was decent, but the price was too high at ₹710 for 8 pieces. Other similar restaurants offer better taste and ambiance for almost half the price.
Overall, the food quality and ambiance do not match the pricing. If you still want to try, I’d recommend booking through Zomato Gold or EazyDiner to get some discounts—otherwise, it’s not worth spending so much on an...
Read moreI've dined at this restaurant after I graduated from XiMB. It was a farewell meal for us. We all contributed for this place.
It's a proper fine dining restaurant. You'll be well taken care of. The food is good, the service decent.
I'd heard a lot of different things from a lot of different people, so when I finally decided to take the plunge and try it out for myself, I was very apprehensive and didn't know what to expect.
We started with a few basic starters and they were really GOOD. We were also served with a huge tandoori papad(complimentary) and 5 starvings guys couldn't finish it off. It was that big.
By the time the main course arrived, we were already mostly full and maybe that may adversely influence my review. The main course was decent - not something out of the world, but all right.
The service was prompt and the decor was tasteful. Definitely an enjoyable experience. I'd definitely recommend Zaika. Go forth and have yourself...
