Buffet Warning: A Disappointing Experience Ahead

If you're considering visiting this establishment for their buffet, be aware that it's a lackluster experience. The only redeeming quality is the sweet corn fry, but that's not enough to justify the visit. The rest of the buffet items are uninspiring, bland, and utterly flavorless.

We made the mistake of ordering the fish tikka from the à la carte menu, and it was a disaster. The dish was a travesty, and we couldn't finish it.Which is a serious concern for food safety. But the buffet experience was even more frustrating. Every time we tried to serve ourselves, we found the dishes empty, and we had to wait for what felt like an eternity for the staff to refill them. The chicken tikkas were undercooked, to make the matter worse.

The staff themselves were woefully inadequate, with too few employees to handle the number of guests. They seemed disorganized and inattentive, wandering around without any sense of purpose or focus on the customers. It was as if they were just going through the motions, without any regard for the patrons' experience.

To add insult to injury, the bill included a suspicious "staff welfare" charge, which is essentially a forced tip. Be sure to scrutinize your bill carefully and request that this charge be removed. If you're happy with the service, you can always choose to leave a tip, but it should be your decision, not the establishment's.

In short, unless you're craving sweet corn fry and nothing else, it's best to avoid this buffet altogether. The subpar food, inadequate staff, and questionable billing practices make for a disappointing and frustrating experience. The undercooked chicken tikkas are a major red flag, and the overall experience is not worth the risk. Proceed...

We went there for their daily buffet .....by watching the recommendation from our very own "hungry young man" aka food vlogger ......we tried their chicken buffet which is priced at ₹599 .....let me tell you never believe everything you see on Instagram......of all the big buffet's I had in the past few months this would be the worst .......the food tasted really awful ....the staff was really confused on what to serve when they even forgot to give us 1-2 starters at first we have to ask for it like what .....is this the kind of service u are giving.....and after all this the cherry on top for deserts they have listed gulab jamun and vanilla ice creame ......they just gave us the ice cream after 10 mins on asking about the gulab jamun they said gulab jamun kharaab ho gaye hai uske compensation me hum aapko ince creame de rhe hai ....mere bhai ice cream toh menu ka hi part hai compensation de kya rhe ho ......please don't get fooled by these insta reels and hypes jst read all the reviews and ratings and then only visit but if u have andha paisa to waste nd bless restaurant please go ahead ......and han wo khudse hi staff charges v lagate hai bill me bina puche toh please u can ask them to remove it koi mandatory nhi hota .....bhai service achi do log khushi se 100-200 deke...

This restaurant is a haven for scammers. They are actively involved in scams through dating apps like Tinder and Boo, where they use women to lure unsuspecting customers into a trap. My friend was a recent victim of this fraudulent scheme. Upon arrival, he was forced to pay for items he never ordered, and when he refused, the staff harassed him. Meanwhile, the women involved in the scam were inside, enjoying the situation.

What’s shocking is that this restaurant is located right near Nayapali Police Station’s traffic post, yet no action has been taken against them. This place is more dangerous than notorious scam hubs like Jamtara.

Despite the obvious fraudulent activity, no police action has been initiated, raising serious concerns about the safety of the public and the apparent inaction by the authorities. We demand immediate legal action and investigation into this restaurant for harassment and scamming innocent people.

It’s unacceptable that such illegal activities are being allowed to continue unchecked. People need to be warned, and the authorities must take swift action.
