" PANI PURI Inside !! "
It's a sweet shop with a PANI PURI outlet as well inside .
Went to this place for some sweet treat after having food inna restaurant in the same building . The sweet shop is on the ground floor on the main road and visibly visible if you pass by the road. The shop is a big one with lots of variety of sweets. Some varieties are unique as well. Tried some sweets, they are good . The staff are not so well coming not sure why as they talked in Hindi .But as always narulas has kept their brand image with the nitigities .. however the staffs could not suggest the best selling sweets . When we asked which is best they told all are good . May be they are not salsy.... Must try for a sweet lover and I can bet of you explore one sweet per day you can come back 365 days of year with a new variety each day .. and once the sweets are completed you can start the snacks for next year ... In a nutshell a great place to try all round the year...
Read moreHonest review in my experience, I ordered a masala dosa, fruit rasmalai, raj kachori, gulab jamun, moong dal kachori, gupchup. First I wanted to have plain rasmalai and jalebi and chowmin samosa but unfortunately those were not available. Many dishes were not available 😞. I didn't like the service. Self service is fine when all the items are ready and to be served but here you have to pick up one by one dishes which I didn't like. If you order 4/5 items then you have to get down from your sit 5 times. From the above dishes I only liked dosa and gulab jamun. Fruit rasmalai was very watery and only apples are found in rasmalai. No other fruits which are not worth rupees 50. Raj kachori was ok type. The gupchup was pathetic. No onions no masala and the coating was very hard and the water didn't taste good. Moongdal kachori was good. Overall they need to improve their service and should avail dishes like...
Read morePathetic. One word to describe the products they are selling. A few days back, we tried their gur rasagola (used brown color and scent in them), Rasmalai (4-5 mini balls and the liquid was as thin as it could have been) and few other snacks.
It was better when they first opened here. But recently I have noticed a significant drop in the quality of their sweets. The taste is not as rich and fresh as before, and the texture feels off. It’s disappointing to see a brand that once delivered excellent quality now cutting corners.
Additionally, the ingredients seem to have changed, affecting the authentic flavors. (For eg. The rasagola felt synthetic) For the price they charge, I expect better quality and consistency. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their standards before they lose more loyal customers.
Would not recommend until they fix these issues.
