Sanvis Rasoi, near ITER, stands out as a favorite spot among students and locals for gatherings. With its proximity to colleges and residential areas, it’s become a popular destination for its Indian, Tandoori, and Indo-Chinese cuisine.
The Fish Amritsari and Tawa Fish are hits among seafood lovers, offering distinct flavors. Their Tangdi Kebab and Chicken Seekh Kabab impress with their juicy, flavorful marination. For those who favor spicier dishes, the Mutton Rogan Josh is a rich choice that pairs well with their buttery Masala Kulcha. We also had Bangkok Street Noodles and Szechuan Mushroom. The fried ice cream offers a unique dessert option.
My personal favorites include the Masala Kulcha paired with Mutton Rogan Josh. The combo offers a rich and satisfying taste experience, perfect for those who enjoy hearty, flavorful meals. In starters, the Seekh Kebab stood out for me. Unlike others that tend to dry out, these were juicy and moist, making each bite enjoyable. Although fried ice cream isn’t my usual choice, it’s a unique dessert at Sanvis Rasoi for those wanting to try something different.
The pricing is quite reasonable, around ₹200-₹400 for two
Wide variety of dishes make it an ideal spot for a satisfying meal with family...
Read moreWent to this place for some lavish food, ended up having the best disappointment in life. This is the worst ever. The food had whole coriander seeds in AMPLE amount, in each bite you'd actually bite about 4-5 coriander seeds, the taste was bad. We ordered mushroom, paneer kofta, dal and rice. Paneer kofta did not taste like paneer rather Dalda oil. The mushroom and the dal had coriander seeds floating around. The taste of every item was not at all balanced. It was high on sugar and high on salt. You'd actually taste salt and sugar, separately and not forming a balanced taste. The only good thing was rice. The staff who attended us did not know about the food, was dumb founded to every question. Did not know the basics about their dishes. The place does is not well lit, does not give an inviting atmosphere feeling. No proper washroom, just two wash basins. Highly Highly disappointed. My entire day was ruined cause of the meal here. We paid around 800 rs for nothing. Nothing. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY...
Read moreWent for a lunch with my family today. We ordered Chicken 65 and Dragon fish as starter. Both were excellent! Then for main course went for garlic and butter naan, mutton banzaara, chicken angaara and kadhai paneer. The taste was average like not that exciting! Total cost 1920/- . Things which i didn't like:: Table size too compact Chicken pieces were waste even after pre order request Naan were very thick which ended the excitement of chewing . Things I liked:: Service was excellent and they kept on asking how was the food and all. Staff were polite and well trained . Ratings:: Food-3/5 Ambience -4.5/5 Service and hygiene -5/5 Budget - 3/5 . Feels bit overpriced! You get better options at this price range. Would love if they revise their prices. Do let me know...
