It was my mom's birthday so I wanted to make it very special.on that special occasion I went to trident along with my mom. hospitality and ambiance was really awesome 👌.it was for the first time I visited a 5star hotel.i ordered a cake,which was a fresh fruit cake the taste and the look of the cake was really delicious.now coming to the the main course part, I ordered 1 Veg Odia Thali, Nonveg Kebab Platter,Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani.the veg thali contained rice,Dalma, baigan Bharta, Tomato Chutney, Lau Santula, Chhena Poda,Chhatu Besar,Roti, Aloo tikki each and every dish having very less oil and less spicy in taste and also every dish mentioned with it's proper Kcal which is good for health conscious people. Kebab Platter contained lamb Kebab,Prawn,Chicken,Fish,Naan and dal makhni.the lamb and prawn Kebab was not that good at taste and I guess it was a frozen thing which they processed to serve us.fish was taste less.chicken Kebab was really good with smoky flavor.and Lastly the Biriyani was average and the masalas were very much dominating.chicken pieces were very dry or frozen type and it was not very sooth to chew.as per the standards prices are a bit high for mediocre family.overall experience was good and 1 time go place to...

An elegant and upscale restaurant which kind of lives up to its reputation as an upscale restaurant. The ambience is classic heritage types and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Nice place to take your better half if you want to have some quiet time (not alone time). The food tasted good. The only problem was the portion size which in comparison to other places was less. But then being an upscale restaurant, I guess that is what generally people eat. But if you are a foodie with a big appetite, the only thing getting lighter is your wallet, not your plate. Someone recommended me this restaurant, so, I tried it. Portions aren't too big, so, expensive if we take into account this. The staff was really kind and nice, but it take too long to receive the orden in the table. I suppose there were a lot of clients or not too much staff inside the kitchen. By the other hand, the restaurant is so elegant, nice, quiet. I really liked it. About the quality of the food, as foreigner, I have to say nothing was spicy, so to me was perfect.
