I had ordered mini chicken Biryani from Nayapally branch, first time it was decent, second time it was not just bad, they duped me by giving only white rice with teeny tiny chicken. To cross check quality, I ordered through parent branch from bjb nagar. Not only quantity was less, but it had 80 percent amount white rice and 20 percent slightly masala rice, that masala also tasted only of badi elaichi and nothing else. Chicken pieces were small but good. Several cashews were added ,I mean I absolutely dislike cashews in chicken Biryani, what I felt they mixed pulao rice with little chicken and selling it as Biryani now. Rather than giving good food only to bloggers for promotion and fraudulently sending us white rice, please close it down or take it seriously. Do not dupe people. Thank God I ordered mini, imagine getting duped more by ordering bigger portions. I appreciate that they have options of buying mini ,regular and large or loss would have been more.

The spices were evenly spread and soaked in Biriyani . the chicken was tender & rice was moist & well flavoured . Would definately recommend their Biriyani for sure. .

Ordered Chicken Biryani.After placing order,I had clearly gave instruction to the restaurant not to give chicken chest pieces instead of give other pieces..If a restaurant is giving biryani worth of Rs 200 ..it supposed to give one leg piece..but intetionally they gave 2 chest pieces. Their behaviour was also rude.. Improve your customer service

I had a overnite stay in BBSR and was heading to delhi to my next day morning. Was hungry and ordered biryani via zomatoe, Quantity was the turnoff. What topped the worst was the salan or the chutney they provide. It was water with salt , thts how I can describe. Taste wasn't tht great. Did I finish it all ? No I did not , left it midway.

I would sincerely not recommend .

The food reached fast but the overall eating experience was bad. Hope wood was used to cook or it's just the name .

Good luck woodfire !! Time.to improve or get in to some other buisness. Best wishes . Food buisness isn't tht easy as it sounds ....

Good that I can't give any negetive marking... Worst kind of professionalism... They are non responsive.. never actually care if you ask for assistance... I thought it was only in the restaurant... But I ordered as well .. still they don't respond. What's the point to give the number if you guys are so irresponsible not to respond... Tried calling manh times... No respond no call backs... Nothing.. the worst bunch of idiots running...
