I recently ordered from Bharat Biryani restaurant (Juran Chapra branch) and initially, their food tasted great. However, lately, they seem to have compromised on food quality.

The once-enticing butter naan lacked the usual richness as there was a noticeable absence of butter. Surprisingly, it seems they had run out of maida and substituted it with wheat naan without informing me. If I wanted wheat, I could have opted for homemade rotis.

Regrettably, the decline in food quality has tarnished what was once my favorite spot. It's disheartening to witness a lack of effort in maintaining their distinctive taste. Additionally, their contact information on Google is outdated, which further adds to the frustration.

In summary, my recent experience at Bharat Biryani has been disappointing, marked by a decline in both taste and service. The management needs to address these issues promptly to regain the trust of their once-loyal customers. One star for the nostalgic memories of...
